Bonus materials include animatics, toy commercials, videogame previews, interviews, and 'bios' or 'shorts' (whichever you want to call them). There are 33 DONG WOO shorts that I know of as well as 20 PEACH NOVA (the funny-looking comedy skits). I'll have to go find the missing narrated intros to try and splice back in where they belong. Also, I might cut the Peter Laird interviews (from Volumes 1 to 4, 7 & 8 ) to make them nifty little introductions to their respective episodes. The twenty Peach Nova shorts should be the only ones on the Season Four set, but DONG WOO made a few exclusively for this season. Alot of them are obvious which season they belong to, but some aren't as easy to place. I think this is how the shorts should be separated:

MY DISCLAIMER: I bought an official copy of each of the region one DVDs, and I'm not about to hurt sales by distributing my amateurish attempt at manipulating the DVDs (so, don't ask me to, people). But, my reason for admitting my plans is so someone with enough capital/leverage to do so might make a sincere business venture of it. I'd gladly pay an MSRP of $30 for sets like this (with menus that are designed better than I can manage), hopefully with a few more bits of music from the show. There was a song from a menu that I just plain loved, but I haven't heard it since Volume 8 (I think).
