I have two questions: Hope you guys know these!
In the cartoon was there ever another reporter with a crush on April?
And what the name of the guy that turned into Leatherhead (must be the Archie comics, cause in every other universe its a alligator that turns into Leatherhead)

I don't believe there was, but I remember the law enforcement robot Rex 1 who was her servant.
And what the name of the guy that turned into Leatherhead (must be the Archie comics, cause in every other universe its a alligator that turns into Leatherhead)
Oh yeah, that's Jess Harley. He was transformed into Leatherhead via the Turnstone. But in the Mirage comics and the cartoon he was originally a normal alligator that got mutated by mutagen.

April's love history that I can remember
Rocksteady falls in love with her in Green with Jealousy cause he eats some of the pizza with the love potion on it.
You could always tell Bugman had a crush on April in both the eps he was in.
And those are the only two I can remember.

All I remember on the Leatherhead episode was this guy and a boy in a boat in the swamp. They like vanish around a bend in swamp and out comes Leatherhead....:lol:
As for April, I can't get into her...but Irma I kinda like. I'd date her (yeah I'm desperate :lol: ). I thought it was funny that Joe Eyeball got a crush on Irma. :lol:

Hmm, The Great Boldini... one of the episodes I still haven't seen the full version of and only seen the edited version once. Is it any good? I remember very little about it.

Ahh.. the many looks of the Mirage April. I remeber a couple diehard fans opened up a can o worms between Eastman and Laird on exactly who or what she was!
Some rumors said she represented Eastman's GF, then he broke up from her and changed april's apperance. Other rumors say all that was just one fo Eastman's wishful thinkings! Then even more rumors said that April started out as Latino or African mix, but had been changed to an Irsh type for the cartoon. Of course, her hair changed some much during all this too... poor girl.
However, I have no doubts the Turtles might have been enamored with April at one point (since in Asia it's very common for the age's between couples to be very far apart), but I bet April prolly thought they were still much too young (as well rather inhuman) for her. Then Casey comes along... :wink:
Hrmm.. then that makes me think about the first movie. It was obvious the Turtles liked her (Mike and Raph, especially), but yet, April seemed rather stand-offish, and you know a couple of them would have been dissapointed when they noticed she was attracted to Casey more. Wondered just what Raph's thoughts were then... hrmm...
At least the one Mirage comic, #28, shows just how it affects them from time to time.

You guys should get this one, since the art and everything in it is pretty good. The book also promoted saving the endangered sea turtles in the back.
