Summary of the episode. Read at your own risk. SPOILERS GALORE!!!


The episode opens up with Leonardo (I would assume it's Leonardo since it's dubbed in Greek) talking about how the original Shredder has been unleashed. Talking about all of his power that he has gained. At the end of the intro, we see the Turtles and their allies ready to face the army of tengu that guard's the Shredder's stronghold. (I believe it's Karai's Foot building reformed.) NYC is a freakish demonic feudal Japan like place.

Splinter continues to have dreams about the Shredder riding on horseback in the woods. More on that later on. He awakens in the lair in Splinter's room, with the Ancient One. They discuss what they should do. April walks in to inform him that he'll hear from his sons soon. The Ancient One and Splinter talk some more. Another person is also in the room as well. It's Karai, beaten from her first encounter with the Tengu Shredder. She vows to destroy the demon anyway she can.

Next, we see glimpses of two of the Turtle's enemies being attacked by the Shredder's demonic forces. First, Bishop's underground lair is exposed and under attack by some rock thingies. (It's interesting to see what Stockman now looks like. I won't spoil that one. You'll just have to see for yourself.) Some of the rock thingies eventually break through but are destroyed. After Bishop walks outside, he finds a Shell Cell and picks it up.

Next, the Purple Dragon's headquarters is also under attack. Raph drops to knock a guard out and to throw down another Shell Cell. Hun picks it up.

The next scene is on the streets as two innocent bystanders are about to be attacked by some Tengu demons. The Justice Force (along with Nobody and that Hawk guy from the season 4 episode 'Wings and Prayer') save the couple from the demons. Afterwards, they look to the sky to see the Turtle Titan signal a la Batman. It's the Turtles, they exclaim!

Leo, running on rooftops, tells April that Mikey's plan worked. Suddenly, he turns around to find that Joy, Tora, Adam, and Farai are alive and well! Leo is of couse shocked to see his old friends he thought have perished in New York!

In the next scene, we are back in the Turtles old lair that got destroyed by Karai in 'Scion of the Shredder'. Apparantly, it's a good place for all them to meet. (Especially considering they are going to try and team up with some enemies.) Leonardo brings back the rest of the Acolytes for his brothers to see. The Acolytes explain that they were spared from death somehow by the Ninja Tribunal. How that exactly happened they don't know. Leonardo gives Farai his sword back.

All of a sudden, Hun and his people walk in. As well as Bishop and his people. Stockman wonders why they just don't destroy them all. To which he is responded to a nice group of allies. (The Justice Force, April, Casey, Splinter, Ancient One. Hun questions whether or not he should even get involved in this fight. Since he got along just find with the Utrom Shredder. Leonardo explains that anyone that served under the false Shredder is not welcome in the Tengu Shredder's world. Of course, Hun doesn't believe it until Karai walks in with Chaplin. Splinter explains that anyone who has ever donned the mantle of the Shredder has an unwittingly formed a connection to the Tengu's ancient powers. Karai has this connection and they are going to use that to help seperate the gauntlet and helmet from the demon. It's the only way to stop the Shredder.

Together, the allies march towards the Shredder's stronghold. They defeat a bunch of his demons and make it inside. There, we see the Mystics confused as to why their master doesn't attempt to stop the forces that surround him. Then, the allies emerge to face the Mystics. The Mystics are shocked to see the Acolytes alive! A fight emerges and all the Mystics are destroyed. Quite easily in fact. Mikey enjoys the victory but Leonardo realizes that was just the start of the battle. The Shredder is next. He opesn the door to his throne room ready to fight his enemies. Mocking them as children with the powers of dragons. The Acolytes and the Turtles use their powers to subdue the Shredder long enough for Splinter and the Ancient One to help Karai take away the Shredder's powers. After she begins to meditate, the Shredder falls to the ground.

Hun and the others enter in. Hun, being the over confident jackass that he is, thinks that was really easy. The Shredder awakens, tossing Hun aside. Silver Sentry attacks the Shredder, only to have the Shredder throw him out of the roof. The Shredder then transports the Turtles, Acolytes, Splinter, Ancient One, and Karai out of the stronghold. We see the Turtles land in what appears to be Central Park. Where the others are we don't know. Then, the Shredder emerges on horseback ready to destroy his foes. This is where Splinter's visions finally come in. To be continued...

All in all, it was a great episode. Good thing I had subtitles. Hearing all the voices in Greek was interesting. Hopefully, an English language version airs somewhere. Anyway, there is your description. Sorry it was so long.

Man if 4kids doesn't release that set I swear I will never support anything from them. Hey I know, peeps will say, "but you're only one person." Well I have seen one person topple many things. It all starts somewhere.

I will do whatever it takes to make sure 4kids are choked out of support until they are forced to make the right business decisions.

Maybe my connections to Hollywood and some other things will be how I spread my word.

Who knows. I keep trying to have faith that 4kids will come through with this DVD set.

I didn't really like this episode.

For one, the Mystic's were defeated too damn easily. I mean, these were guys that flat out pwnd the Tribunal, and they get punked out so fricken fast. Also, the fight scenes were really lackluster. I hated the fact that all the allies served little purpose. And speaking of which, where the **** was Leatherhead. God damn Christopher Yost, would it have really benn an inconvenience to throw LH a bone and at least given him a cameo. You'd think something this big, the TMNT would call on him too. I'd give this episode a 5.5 out of 10. Big disappointment for me.

Cool episode. Anyhow, this DVD set has to be released... 4Kids has something good in the Turtles, both 2k3 and FF yet I feel they are gonna make a huge screw up and not support something so good. If they do not, then by all means that company can go jump in the lake, because they will be getting exactly what is coming to them.

I mean it's not everyday a 28 year old can say that the newest Turtle series has the level of continuity that most prime time shows have ala Heroes and Lost. If they ditch this show in any form, then they never deserved to meddle with the Turtles in the first place. Perhaps I am venting, but they have something good in this series FF or not. Even FF has continuity and if some dude named Boardman or whatever comes here and says people are interested, and he happens to work for 4Kids, then the consumers are saying something. 4Kids, step up to the damn plate. Keep this series rollin, and for peets sake, release the damn DVD and quit being selfish business men. Make sure The Ninja Tribunal gets included since it wasn't on the season 4 release. There is no excuse for this.

Again good episode... Just wish 4Kids would quit being teases.

Well, the guy that got me this episode is from Greece. They have aired a few episodes past 'Beginning of the End'. This particular episode was the first he was able to capture and upload. Hopefully he can upload Part II. I personally want to see what happens when the Shredder is resurrected and goes after Karai. That two parter really must be good, seeing how Karai is beat up and pissed. She might actually change for the good after these sets of events. The way she is acting around Splinter, you can tell she isn't the same Shredder she was before. Anyway, sent you that PM. Enjoy the episode.

To be honest, I was pretty dissapointed in this episode. Everything seemed a little rushed, like it just jumped from scene to scene. This probably should have been a 3 parter. Also, I feel like we barely even got to see the Ninja turtles, considering how many guest stars were in this episode. Besides Leo, the rest of the brothers barely talked. The fight scenes were not too great either. I guess the best I could hope for is that this episode was all one big set up for pt 2, cause for being the second to last tmnt2k3 episode we'll ever see...It was pretty lackluster. I'll be honest, I've been more entertained by Fast forward episodes before.

Oh, I forgot to comment on the new voices for the characters. I loved the voices for Raph, Don, AND MIKEY!!!! Those voice actors sounded like they were pinching their noses when they were recording.

Good episode. A little fast-paced, but it used a lot of characters. Unfortunately after watching this I kind of know some of what happens in the episodes in between. It seems like a fitting end for the series for what it is (abrupt new direction), but there are still a ton of loose ends to tie up.
