They were released by both Archie and Mirage. Well, at least the for the first film anyways. The second film was just Mirage I believe. I don't think an adaptation of the third movie was ever made.

those are coming out during March...there are 6 of them. 5 of them tie between the first 3 movies and this one. Check the official website.. http://www.ninjaturtles.com and find future books.

I just won the TMNT 2 adaption with the cover done by Jim Lawson & Michael Dooney (non-Archie version with black border) on eBay a few days ago. Early this week I should be getting it.

As for TMNT 3 Iremember previously owning an Archie-published TMNT 3 comic adaption back when the movie was new-ish.

As everyone has said:

Movie 1: Archie and Mirage
Movie 2: Archie
Movie 3: Archie

What's Tundra?

As for the new one: 5 prequels and the comic book adaption.

I own the adaptations for 1 and 2, but buying the one for 3 is rather low on my priorities.

I liked Lawson's art for 2, particularly for Tokka. However, he draws an awful looking Rahzar.

I have a 'prestige' format book for TMNT3 by Mirage. They refused to touch TMNT2 tho.

and what about the new movie?

"TMNT" Prequel Comics Due in March. (http://www.xanga.com/Retro_Playback/564482579/tmnt-prequel-comics-due-in-march.html)

Yeah, I'm shameless. Get over it.

What's Tundra?

Tundra was a smallsmall comic publishing company that Kevin Eastman owned in the early 90s. It didn't last too long, though. I don't know why the TMNT 2 was published under that banner, but I've always assumed it's what Mirage would have published had they published a TMNT 2 book.

Tundra also published some TMNT Adventures (the Archie books) TPBs and sketchbooks from some TMNT artists (Michael Dooney and Michael Zulli for sure.. maybe someone else, too).

I have a 'prestige' format book for TMNT3 by Mirage.

Your book is probably actually the Archie book. Kevin Eastman drew the cover of the prestige version, so it looks more like a Mirage book. Here (http://www.ninjaturtles.com/comics/archie/movie3/movie3.html) it is on ninjaturtles.com.

Well, that and the one with the Eastman cover has completely different color credits.
