I dont know if the guy knows this but this is a part 3 Raphael movie head skin. The reason I know this is because I am a huge TMNT fan and have studied the suits from each movie. This has the exact shape of Raphaels head and paint job along with the scar from part 3. Worst of all 3 movies but its a prop. Look

Oh my god. I'm tempted to bid for it myself, but I'd rather not.

But I thought everyone agreed that the costumes in 3 were crap, no?

Compared to the first 2 movies they were crap, but its still a prop.

Here's the thing: You'll pay that much to buy it, but look for it to only last anywhere between 10 - 15 years. The latex they use for those movies is not intended to be kept for eternity. (Though, I guess 10 years might be worth it) however, it's been 14 years since the movie was made and it should already be deteriorating. That's the only downfall.

wow if I had that kind of money, that would go in a glass case with a poser of tmnt 3 and that is a great piece of tmnt history despite the crappiness of the 3rd movie.

Honestly that stuff is cool but I always look at it and say "What am I going to do with it"

^Same here. My house is cluttered as it is with memobilia from the past. Hell, I have a nice LOTR collector's plate set worth at least 3 grand now, but i have no where to put it, not in this house anyways. (It's why my house is up for sale, so I can buy a bigger one!)

I was tempted to get the figurines, but what am I going to do with them? The figurines I already have are either on my shelf collecting dust, or in storage.

Actually I thught it was from TMNT 2, because there are 3 spots on his snout that appears in 2, but in 1 its one spot. But I never could stand to look at Raph in 3 so it could be.

The scar IS there by the way.

And I wouldn't want a decapitated Raph head in here...*shivers* ew.

That's why I'd rather have that ooze canister that was on eBay awhile back.

Besides, it's only the latex and doesn't have any eyes or teeth. It just looks weird.

Its part 3 for sure, look at the spots. PArt 2 doesnt have spots like that. In 2 they have less spots and they are lighter and blended better. Also the shape of the head gives it away as well. I guarentee its part 3.

I honestly don't understand the appeal of owning something like that. It's creepy, not in good condition to start, and it's only going to look worse the older it gets. :|

the head skin being auctioned isn't production-used... it's a new pull. the seller claimed that the mold was taken from an original TMNT 3 head.

...and the poster above that is interested in the TGRI canister... PM me. :)
