Seriously, though, the mainstream culture probably couldn't distinguish a Cell from a cell membrane, a Frieza from an icebox, or a Buu from the Great Pumpkin.
For my part, I thought Perfect Cell was the ultimate DBZ villian. He could do everything 3 times better than the Z warriors could do. That kind of android was the logical climax of the series. Every villian after him came off as just a cheap plot device, despite the fact they were protrayed as more "powerful."

But as for the ultimate villian? I think A&E or VH1 did a poll and the infamous Joker came out #1.

Okay first of all you spelled Krang horridly wrong. Secondly you put up like 2 TMNT villains and the rest are DBZ villains, 3 of them different forms of the same person.

Let's inform you of something, good villains don't come out of DBZ, also if your going to include stuff other then TMNT why didn't you put characters like Venom, Joker, and Darth Vader. Their more commonly known then some lame DBZ characters. The only people who watched that show when it was on in the US were 12-14 year olds, and I'm sure it was about par over in other countries as well. So the characters in it aren't known by way over half the people.

Frieza is the most popular DBZ villain anywhere, Shredder is more popular than any DBZ villian, but Joker and Darth Vader are by far the most popular villians of all time.

It looks like this thread isn't going over very well... Besides, this is pretty much a reworded vs. thread, and we've had problems with those in the past, particularly when it involves TMNT characters vs. characters from other universes. Thread locked.
