OMG! that fingerpaint is awesome. i can't believe how good that is. he seriously has some talent. i can't get over the fact he is 3 neither. when i was 3 you'd be lucky if i didn't have my head in the paint versus my fingers.

Definitely a child prodigy! I laughed at the guy's comment afterward: "Hey, that is really good! Wow... that IS really good..."

Sadly a lot of prodigies lose their abilities when they get older. Some don't though. I hope he doesn't. :)

I wonder how real this is. Lots of breaking points where someone could have helped him. I love the action figures thrown in to sell the toys (notice this site is supported by playmates). I wouldn't believe it unless I saw it in real life or a video that doesn't cut out several times. If it is real he must have nazi parents that make him do nothing but fingerpaint.

In my opinion, I think they wanted a video that shows unnatural ability to get hits. Then they throw in the stupid toys for no reason just because they know the video will get hits.

I'm wowed by this kid for two major reasons (besides the fact that he can make a pretty dang good ninja turtle... if this is actually real). First, he's stippling with the fingerpaint. Most kids (myself included) just smeared it around. Second... shading? at three years old? Very observant already. This kid's got a future, because you can see he already has an eye for this stuff.

Too bad his Leo was wearing FF gear, though. :P

Well I think the parents taught him how to do all this stuff, at a young age you do your most learning, so if they reinforced it over and over eventually he'd get it. Those are things I don't think kids would pick up on their own, they're too much of a blank slate.

It's true you lose abilities like this as you grow older, if only because when you are young, you do this on instinct. I'm sure that little boy doesn't critique his work, throw it out if it's bad... etc.

Though I'd about guarantee that's real. When I was in kindergarten (4 years old) I had a finger painting put in a gallery, heh. Because I did just that; shading the pictur, using my nails to put lines and things like that. Kids can do that. They're way more creative than adults, because adults have most lost their imagination, or are to critical or embrassed to show it.

Wow, that IS impressive. Hopefully his parents don't smother this talent on him, for that could cause him to dislike painting. Let it stay fun for him and let him enjoy it.
