New TMNT games coming in October!

Booh yeah! Konami's delivers. Games based on the new series for GBA, Gamecube, PS2, and PC (that'll be a little awkward). Everything except Xbox (sorry to Xbox owners/lovers, but HAH you get the shaft!). The best part is that it's even sooner than expected (originally it was only on GBA and in Winter 2003). Best of all my Birthday is in October so Happy Birthday to me!

Yey! I'll be getting the GameCube and GameBoy versions the first day! I just hope the gamebuy version isn't a re-release. All of the TMNT games are good anyways, so I guess that'd be ok. :kgrin:

I have a Gamecube already, so that helps out. Hm... I wonder if this game will be any good? I really don't want a 1 player Story Mode TMNT game....

Well, I've got a brother and we've always enjoyed playing the TMNT games multiplayer, as well as going to the arcade with some of our friends to play it 4 player as well...

I feel that there isn't enough multiplayer games out on the market right now, and its seriously hurting the industry. I don't want online playing for my console games, but just 4 controllers where I can plug in and play. I have a computer to go on the internet, I don't need my GC to go online.

That's exactly how I feel. I'll never put my GameCube online, I just get my friends over to play some games. Online gaming on consoles sucks! :lol: I usually only play NES and SNES anyways. :D

Haha, pretty much the same over here as well. I don't mind sitting back and playing some Mario Golf for the Nintendo 64 though... :D

I agree that onlining with consoles isn't really good idea. First of all, becuase the resolution of TV is so limiting, that browsing the Net just isn't fun with it. Also the lack of Keyboard makes chatting in gmaes nearly inmpossible. Atleast you would need to use pad and keyboard seperately.

And there are limitations in consoles it self. You can have only like 4(maybe more in some games) players and with that few, it's just better to play with friends.

Agreed. Online gaming, or anything online with consoles is a horrid idea. That is what PCs are for. Games for the PC, with the right card(say GeForce 4 or better) makes the Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube combined look like the NES days. Check out screenshots or movies of Doom 3 to see what I mean. No way in heck will that be able to run on any console...thats pure real time cgi like graphics for ya!

As for online gaming, all I gotta say is City of Heroes this Summer! woo!
