This guy is claiming to have the poster signed by all the castmembers INCLUDING Mako! YEAH RIGHT!!
(just to clarify.. Not only Mako's sig. is fake, they all are!!)

Don't tell me someone was stupid enough to bid on that.

I found that auction last week and sent the guy a message just simply asking when and where he had gotten Mako's autograph... never got a response. :P

You got THAT right! Faking the whole cast's autigraphs is bad enough, but to fake that of a respected and loved actor like Mako is not only cold, but down-right disrespectful of such a fine man!

Wait, wait, just for clarity's sake -- not to sound like an idiot or anything -- but how do we know they're not genuine? Yeah, it's pretty foolish to think Mako actually signed this thing, but who knows about the rest of them? They could concievably be authentic, couldn't they?
Like anyone is gonna fall for this...A fool is born every minute. So, by my calculations... :)

hmmm....I have a feeling that the posters were made after Mako passed away. But I could be mistaken though.

Those posters came out after Mako died. And no one knew the cast at the time. I doubt any member of the cast signed that poster, especially with a forged Mako signature on it.
Plus all the handwritting looks identical.
I laughed my socks off, this is bad. Btw I already have 3 sigs from the new cast, with Leonardo's sig well on the way, and being in teh autograph business (not only TMNT related) for over 10 years. I sure know whats fake and whats not.
This guy really sickens me!:x

Even if it was real, who'd pay that much for a poster.

It is an obvious fake, look at the date. When Mako passed on, the release was still 3-30-07. That poster says 3-23-07. It's a fake.

Well, someone bought this one (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=008&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=180092307025&rd=1&rd=1)... :teek: :tcry: :tconfuse:
And the user ID is kept private, so there's not even any hope of contacting the poor sucker. :(

Back off Spawny. That poster is MINE! :x :P
From the looks of things so far, no one has even bothered bidding on it. Thank the e-bay heavens above for that. Hopefully in the end, no one will be dumb enough to bid on it, and the idiot will be left with the thing. Please, oh karma gods above, let this be...
Outta curiosity, why's everyone sitting around, complaining about it? Someone with an eBay account, report this con-artist already! Sheesh...

Both of the posters mentioned are exactly the same. One is in Europe and one is in the United States. In the seller's description says the following:
We only offer authentic material. There are many sellers trying to copy our auctions, text and even scans, regularly. Why? Because they know they are real and try to get away with it.
Each item offered will come with a certificate of authenticity. We do not violate any copyright or trademark laws in any auction. All posters or photos are licensed.
hmmm...as mentioned before, this is a fake...
1) Date after Mako passed away
2) the handwriting are exactly the same on both
3) no one knew who would be the voices/actors of the movie
4) when were the Los Angeles and NY press conferences?

As far as we know, and we hear the latest from the source on here often, there HAS BEEN NO conference!

Thank you Buslady for clearing up for me. So, the poster is a 100% rip-off.
