Thank you movie hype!

They'll be airing a 10 episode marathon from 12PM to 5PM (darn, too bad they didn't go till 7PM so it would lead into Toonami).

Here's a link to the news.

http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?p=2455065#post2455065

And here's a schedule

12:00 PM - The Shredder Strikes Part 1
12:30 PM - The Shredder Strikes Part 2
01:00 PM - Shredder Strikes Back Part 1
01:30 PM - Shredder Strikes Back Part 2
02:00 PM - Return to New York Part 1
02:30 PM - Return to New York Part 2
03:00 PM - Return to New York Part 3
03:30 PM - Hun on the Run
04:00 PM - Same as it Never Was (this hasn't been on TV in quite some time)
04:30 PM - Bishop's Gambit (this is a CN premiere)

If they only have up to Bishop's Gambit then they definently picked some good episodes (and my favorite is airing at 4PM).

Otherwise I'm slightly dissapointed they aren't airing the season 3 finale. I don't see why they wouldn't have it but I guess they may have never got it.

Everyone better tune in for this if they can. We need to remind CN that people love this cartoon and airing it will reep rewards. Hopefully turtle fans along with the movie hype can show enough promise that CN will air the finale of season 3 at the very least (if they have it) and get them to try TMNT on Toonami. This could be our only chance for them to consider airing the Ninja Tribunal season (and season 4 obviously). As CN is probably the only network that would be bold enough to air the Ninja Tribunal season.

Once again we can thank the movie hype for this marathon but I bet some of you didn't even know they still had TMNT.

Is anyone else suprised they picked these episodes? Usually CN shows episodes in perfect order but they actually picked some of the most violent and action packed episodes. I have to give CN some major credit.

Definently. First of all for finally airing Bishop's Bambit... and secondly for airing Hun on the Run for kicks and grins along with Same as it Never Was (which will probably never air on 4kidsTV again).

Along with that plenty of Turtles VS The Foot. Though perhaps too much emphasis on Shredder seeing as he's not even in the movie.

At any rate, an excellent selection of episodes that I will definently tune in for even though I have them on DVD.

On the 24th. Seems like CN is hoping to rein in some people who have haven't had enough TMNT once they see the movie.

Think this hype with the new movie will get the people over at fox to can the Fast Forward series and get back to the regular series?

I think the best thing that can be gained from this is Warner Brothers showing non-stop ads for the movie throughout the marathon, thus giving people who might not have gone otherwise motivation to get out to the movie.

Wow, that some great episode choices... my favorites in the series! Too bad I don't have access to CN, but still. Awesome.

Keep in mind that these times are Eastern. It starts at 11AM for me. The only negative I see here is wanting to tell my friends that we can't go see the movie (for the third or so time) during those hours because I'll be busy watching this marathon with my sister's kids. Which also brings to mind... Let all of your comic book geek or TMNT nostalgic friends know about this, people. If we expect the people who count most to be watching (i.e. Nielson viewers), we need to get the word out to whoever we can.

And that reason is why i say ratings are overrated and complete bull.

Anyway, this is pretty good news and kool news...sucks i wont be able to watch cause i'll be out of town to see the premiere followed by a 'Canes game. Hmm, i could just leave my tv on CN, even tho they dont give a shell what i watch.

Great news, maybe CN is finally seeing how good this show can be. Hopefully we can all tune in and watch this so that they might consider bringing the show back. If >> ends on 4kids they could just stop airing the show right there...but this way, maybe CN will pick it up and play reruns...but hopefully thats not the case right?
