New Build a bear turtle!!

I am subscribed to the build a bear newsletter and get it whenever they have new stuff.

Well...starting tomarrow they'll have a brand new turtle!! He's called Trekkin and looks SOOO different from the previous turtle that I know alot of you have.

His er fur colour is a bit of a lighter green, his shell is more of a tan colour. He's only $20!! WOOHOO! I am SOO gonna get him!!! :evilgrin:

Ah, another Build a Bear fan. I have almost all the dogs ( I collect stuffed dogs ).

The turtle looks nice, though I think I prefer the original. I also kind of dislike the way the shells are detachable. I think it'd be better if they weren't since making them detachable makes it easier to lose the shell. And what's a turtle without his shell?

I've been waiting a while for the turtle to get reissued. Missed getting one the first time around. The display one at the shop in the mall has the karate gi on with a yellow ribbon around it's head with eye holes poked out. These things are pretty cute. I'd almost want to get four of them, but that would be too much. So which Turtle should I try to make him and when I get one and name it - Mike or Raph?

If I was to get this guy, I'd definately have him in the Karate Gi. I already have two dogs in Gis. The Build A Bear Gis are pretty nice. It comes with multiple belts too so you could probably take one and convert it into a mask.
I know there's a purple and orange belt for Mike and Don, but I don't think there's a red or blue one.

I have the previous turtle of course. His name is Raphael and he has a red bandana around his neck. I got him in 2002.

I also have 2 Beagles (A mama and a baby) and 2 Penguins (Mumble and a baby. The Mumble was originally limited in December but it's back).

I too had been hoping for them to re-do the turtle. This one looks more like a turtle than the previous one. Im gonna be naming this one Donatello. Won't be able to get him till the 23rd tho. I figure that after I go see the TMNT movie I'll head off to the Tacoma Mall and buy one. A shame there isn't a build-a-bear store here....I hate going all the way to Tacoma for shopping...but meh.

There isn't a Build A Bear anywhere near driving distance around here. I have to get all mine online.
