Hey all...Jester here again and what do you expect a guy nicknamed Jester whose a fan of the TMNT to do when he's told he can write a paper on any literature piece he wants? That's right, that fool's gonna write about the Turtles. So here it is, my 86 B+ paper, re-edited from the corrective notes placed on it by the professor, and sans the page numbers and stuff...enjoy.
EXTRA: Here's what the professor said above my grade:
"Kevin, graphic novels are certainly an intriguing topic, still this topic seems a bit...inconsequential. why not focus on Maus or Road to Perdition (the basis of the Tom Hanks film) or even the Dark Knight series which reinvigorated the Batman mythology and served as the inspiration for the Tim Burton films."
(Had I thought to respond, and how can you after the fact, I'd have said that TMNT was one of the first and most successful independent comics and show others that they too can produce sad parodies of established works...:P
