Anyone else finding their comic shops are pulling tons of TMNT comics out of storage because of the movie? I got a sweet haul this week and will be getting some more next week.

Here's what I got:
Donatellos #1
Tales of the TMNT vol 1 #4 (I finally have the complete run :))
TMNT Teach Karate #1-2 (I thought this was only one issue but he had 1-5 or 6, I'll get some more next week)
TMNT vol 1 #15-17

Anyone else? If you haven't been in, you should go check!

No but I did find the comic shops in my area to be raising the prices on all the back issues...such a typical comic book guy thing to do. I'm lucky I have everything allready.:D

I think I probably already picked all the locals clean... I wish I still lived in Philly cause there were like 6 comic stores in a 9 block radius...

I've been to three comic book shops within the Toronto area and I've been surprised by the lack of Ninja Turtles comics, new and old. Back in Halifax, Nova Scotia, both local comic shops had huge section devoted to TMNT with tons of old issues; Archie and Mirage included...

Here, I can't find diddly-squat. :|

Thats probably partially due to me. Been through all the comic shops in the entire GTA. Found alot of what I was looking for. Paradise Comics being the best. Still had alot of back issues if you were interested.

The most suprising is the lack of knowledge about Turtles comics. Most didn't even know there are still series which are ongoing. Which might be why the most recent Vol.4 and Tales of TMNT vol.2 are hard to come by.

I am still on the lookout for Tales of TMNT vol.2 issues 8,9, & 30 as well as Tales of Leonardo issue #1. If you see them let me know. THanks.

Picked up vol 1 10, 11, 12, 13 and 20 this week along with the new movie prequels and new issue of Tales and a ton of new Marvel books plus the new Buffy. Huge comic book week for me.

This week I picked up:
How to Draw the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
and Anything Goes #5 (featuring a 5 page color story by Eastman, Laird and Brown)

One more week and I should have all the stuff they have that isn't already in my collection.
