Crazy Turtle Dreams

Do you ever have TMNT related dreams?
I generally dream about whatever my focus is at the time. Whatever art I'm working on, or whatever I happen to be roleplaying... Usually these dreams are acceptable in whatever universe I'm dreaming in, but things are getting ridiculous in my brain.

The turtles stood by in color coordinated velvet jumpsuits, as their master tipped his pimp hat.
"And from that funky music White Girl, I gave them all names. Travolta, Bee Gee, Le Freak, and Sunshine. This, Young Abba, is how we came to be...we must hurry to The Discodrome now! Glitter and Superfreak have made the challenge. We shall see once and for all who is The Dancing Queen!"

A figure steps from the shadows...in a hockey mask, and velvet magenta leopard spotted bellbottoms... "Don't worry Grand Master funk! nobody beats K.C. and the Sunshine Man." :dead:

A spotlight beamed down upon us from the eye atop the giant disco ball, and right outside, on the light-up dancefloor, Glitter waited in his sparkling purple cape. Superfreak started up the music from inside his dj booth-I mean his body.
Body...wanna feel my body?

Body...it's too much my body
Check it out my body, body.

Grooves are definately busted, and it looks like Glitter is about to meet his end, when he unleashes April, Cala, Mona Lisa, and Lotus Blossom.
April, Cala, and Mona score, but Travolta claims he is unswayed by Lotus! Glitter tries Venus, but it doesn't work. Karai? Nope. Usagi? Yes...Travolta dances away with Usagi. Bee Gee steps up, reminding Glitter that he never had a love interest, and is quickly seduced by Rosie, the Jetson's robot maid.
Abba steps onto the dancefloor, only to be blinded by the brilliant flash when Glitter tosses away his cape. Mercifully, I woke up.

I've had a few Turtle dreams. When I have a TMNT dream I usually dream that I am on of the fab four and not just fighting with them. I'm usually Raph in my dreams.

I did have one really detailed one that I wrote down in my journal, I'll have to dig it out and post it later. But's here's two I remember off the top of my head. I was Raph in both.

One dream I'm arguing with Leo over something. Don is trying to reprogram some giant Mouser robot to obey him, half kibbled together from household items. We were living in April's basement, like in Mirage, not the sewers. The thing goes crazy and turns on us. Klunk ends up saving the day by pouncing and knocking the Mousers head off. Like I said, kibbled together, and not very well aparantly.;) Then I woke up.


Other dream, the four of us are trapped in a building fighting the Foot, and I'm really cutting loose as Raph, violently loose killing Foot and stuff. We're supposed to be protecting this Karai-like woman defector/undercover agent who used to be a Foot member. I'm not sure we can trust her or it's worth putting our lives on the line for her info but we manage to fight our way to her but the building we're in is crawling with Foot, probably their HQ, and just as she opens her mouth to pass on the info she gets shot, and I woke up.

Whenever I dream about the turtles they are really small, like they are my pets or something like that. Bizarre. I think it's because I find the turtles very cute and endearing.

Anyway, I never dream that I'm one of the turtles, but I dream that I'm a bystander watching the turtles do their thing. I can't really remember what, I never remember really lol

Most of the TMNT dreams that I can remember involve me running around being a ninja with the Turtles.. or something like that. They're never based in any of the different TMNT universes, though. It's always just me and the Turtles in some arbitrary location that my mind has created.

I honestly rarely remember my dreams, period, so it's been awhile since I've had a TMNT dream that I can remember.

I can't recall ever having a dream as one of the turtles or involving the turtles. But I did once dream I was a ninja wielding a pair of sai. I was fighting and killing foot ninjas that looked like the ones from the movies. Now that it is in my mind I'll likey have a dream with the turtles now.

I sometimes dream about the turtles, but not so much now. I guess I've realized that there are other things out there besides the TMNT. But I still dream of them at times, and possibly my favorite dream has to be this -

I'm in the lair with Leo and Mike. They are talking about cheese pizza and how much Mikey eats the stuff, wondering why the hell he isn't fat. I ask them where Don and Raph are, to which they both reply "They are out". Suddenly, Splinter comes in, demanding that the TV should be turned on. Leo turns it on and there is a report on the news saying that there are "2 great big...things on the roof of something or rather". We see a shot of these "things" and realize that it's Don and Raph. Soo...since Splinter had an injured leg (apparently it was from a fight they got into a few nights ago), Leo, Mike, and myself had to run to this place and get those reporters away. The way we did it? Leo and Mike convinced me to pretend to be drunk and just annoy the hell out of everyone. Some of my favorite lines are -

" 'ey, aren't cho that reporter lady?"
"Yes. Yes I am."
"...cho shmell funny..."

Man that was fun :lol: Unfortunately, I woke up before I got to meet up with the guys again. I guess that's a good thing, since I heard one of the cameramen call the police... *grins nervously*

I had a turtle dream when I was like 7 that I still remember to this day.

In my dream there were three turtles and I was mikey. Only I was a human being and the other 3 were tmnt. No one seemed to realize that I was not a turtle, but a boy with the other turtles. It was weird but somehow I knew matial arts so it was all good.

Anyway we ended up crashing a sunday church sermon and fighting random people. It was sweet because I was finally a ninja turtle, only I wasn't. :(

The only one I remember fully would have to be when I was in a store the size of my town and I couldn't find the TMNT section to buy a DVD. So the turtles come along and show me.

And usually I don't have dreams about the turtles, but about finding a DVD. My mom doesn't let me buy TMNT DVD's because she doesn't like TMNT. So I dream of finding one and buying it without her knowing.

I had a dream one night that I was on a pirate ship (I was a navigator). The ship exploded and I passed out after I dove into the ocean. The morning after the explosion, I awoke to see myself on a beach shore. What amazed me was a purple and black tail diving into the ocean. Any hints on the tail? ;)

I have extremely vivid dreams and I even feel things in them it's very weird...anyway I have a lot of TMNT dreams from getting to ride on Raph's bike to being in this crazy end of the world future and the tmnt were protectors of the territory that was was left and somehow I was there and involved in all the madness...

Edit: >.< I just remembered the one I had a few months ago. I was Ava in my dream, and Splinter sent Raph and I into the mountains with no supplies to survive for a week. I dug an underground igloo in the snow for shelter. Most of the dream consisted of us glaring from eiher side of a waterfall while trying to stab the falling fish with sticks...then we gave up and worked on keeping warm :embarass:

Wow. I can never remember what I had dreamed. I know I have dreams, but within the next couple of hours from waking, they are gone from my mind.

Except the times when I wake up, take a shower, get dressed and get ready to go to work when I wake up again and realize I have to do this stupid routine all over again!

I usually have dreams that always have Leo in them, and there's usually a romance between him and I in my dreams, and I'm portrayed as a ninja warrior in the story. How we first met in my dreams is when I'm drenched in blood, and I'm unconscious in the sewers, and he somehow finds me and rescues me by taking me back to his home. I didn't freak when I woke up, but I was confused on where I was and what happened.

I guess because i'm a movie buff, my dreams usually play out like movies (like music cues, etc.) I'll dream one scene of the movie, then the next night I'll dream the next sequence. Here's how it's coming so far.

In it I'm Raph, but during the dream I as Raph become Rambo-like. For some reason Leo leaves him/me behind and Raphael is captured. Raph busts out after being tortured by a turtle named Slash. Raph/I have our shells cut off during the torture, and then some reason healed (I guess logics don't apply in dreams lol :P).
Before i escape I somehow get in touch with Leo by walkie-talkie, or whatever and Raph says "Leo, i'm coming to get you!" I as Raph escape and then hunt down the Foot armed with a bow and explosive tipped arrows. And during all this the Rambo/Jerry Goldsmith music plays in the background.

And during all this there's like a City of War thing breaking out, Slash is the new leader of the Foot, Leo is in romantic cahoots with Karai, and Raphael is shooting arrows and hiding in shadows across the city battling the mobsters and Foot during this city at war.

Last nite I dreamed of a sequence where Raphael battles Hun on a helecopter/aircraft of some sort, and I/Raph manage to best him physically and rip his throat out like Dalton in Road House. After throwing Hun overboard he takes controls of the aircraft, going to rescue his brothers. Then somewhere Raphael actually manages to grab/steal a small acyteline torch like contraption, and cuts the part of the gun trigger so he can put his finger through it.

I know confusing and all out of sort, but lol I guess that's how dreams can play out as lol. I'll see what happens next this nite heh.

:o Get. out. of. my. head. My dreams have a cinematic quality about them as well! I started dreaming in widescreen about a week ago--no joke. It was for a scene with Raph getting revenge on some a**hole who killed this Ninjara-esque fan character I made. It was a bloody end for that guy. He was the head of a gang that had connections with Agent Bishop. Oh and Björk is currently dominating the soundtrack of my dream (Got some beautiful themes for Leo in there :D ).

Also the description of your dream freakin' rocks. I may go into detail about mine soon enough. If I manage to remember all the details. :)

When I was five, I had a couple of weird dreams. I had one dream that there was this episode where everyone was angry at Michelangelo because he had stolen April's boots for whatever reason. Then I had another dream when I was a kid that there was an episode where Shredder did something to April to make her as big as the technodrome. I think I must have watched Willy Wonka at around that time or something, or that episode where it was Michelangelo's birthday and Shredder planned to turn them into Macy's balloons or something. I can't remember the exact details since it was many years ago, I just recall April getting captured yet again and the turtles run out to that cavern area where the technodrome was in season one and April is in its place.:ohwell:

Ok, in one of my dreams, I help the Turtles fight off the Shredder, since I'm portrayed as a ninja warrior in my dreams (while having the same name, looks, and age, I'm 16 by the way). In another, I break up a fight between Raph and Donny, while trying to help my "dream-boyfriend" Leo out. I know, since I'm a Leo-fangirl, I have Leo-based dreams alot.

well i have had tmnt dreams but never that i was a part of it. it's just involved as part of my life, like...maybe seeing a poster of it on a wall or watching a tmnt show on TV in the routine of something else. never have i been physically thrown into being with them.

most of my dreams involve murder, it's pretty freaky. sometimes i'm the killer, sometimes the avenger. it's strange, i rarely dream in first-person...i usually watch it play out like a movie...even if i'm part of that dream. guess i'm too much of a realist.

This thread must have got my brain thinking in overdrive during sleep last nite...or the continuation of my dream in my earlier post.

Last nite, me as the Raph/Rambo like character had the aircraft taken by Hun from before...and demolishes the Foot building "True Lies" style. He lands on the roof and uses his acyteline torch-like contraption to cut off part of the trigger mechanism of an M60 to fit his finger through.

Then floor by floor from roof to the bottom he starts taking thugs/Foot left and right. When there's no more ammo Raph uses hand to hand combat, and I guess my brain took scenes from "Blade 2" and "The Transporter" (along with Dolph Lundren's the Punisher, Cobra, and Rambo films of course) with music and all and just replaced them with Raphael.

Then somewhere he meets up with Mikey and they team up, and finally when on the second floor there's all sorts of mobster, Foot with guns, etc. Then Raph goes John Woo style with two guns and uses his ninja skills to avoid being shot. For some reason Mikey is about to be killed by Slash, and Raph damns the risk and jumps out, pushing Slash through a glass window. Raph is on top and lands on Slash, as they both land and bounce off a car down below. It's raining and Raphael/Slash have this huge knockdown, dragged out fight across the streets of New York in the rain. Then the dream ended, at least for now lol.

It's cool how dreams can basically have you star in your own movies, where anything goes lol. Pretty damn cool indeed :)

I just remembered a weird dream I had a few years ago. I was in a small underground city with the nija turtles and other turtles. I even remember seeing Splinter acting very angry about something. He was hoping up and down ion fustration. I think he wanted to relocate because they were found out or something.

I also have a vague memory of a dream where I was watching a fourth ninja turtle movie. Dreams really can come true.:D

I had a TMNT dream that Baxter stockman kept trying to take a picture of April, to make a copy of her. It was werid. Like, i kept wakeing up, and everytime i tried to go back to sleep. I kept wakeing up from it. And in one part of the dream, there was these little pockets on the wall. And it had little wood sticks. It was like a puzzle. I had to stick them somewhere, and it would open something. And the wood was red, blue, and green. I couldn't get back to sleep. It was werid to me.

I have had several dreams involving the turtles. It usually involves me just hanging out with the turtles watching movies before going to get some pizza. On the way there we run into some Foot ninjas & Shredder. Naturally, we beat the snot out of them, & despite the fact I'm not a ninja per say in the dreams (or real life:cry: ) I can handle a sai very well in my dreams. In real life, according to my hubby, I have a very fierce side kick that has landed him many a time on the floor in the middle of the night :D I guess I'm just a ninja at heart

I just recently had a turtle dream where I was a ninja, and I was helping the turtles battle off the dreaded Shredder, and we all succeeded in beating him.

This one I will post will easily qualify as the strangest one ever. And it was not even dreamt by me- but by my otherwise normal brother.

The dream involved the Chipmunks holding an audition for band members. It involved the contestants singing "Old McDonald had a Farm". And the winners were Raphael (the OT version), Tuffy from Tom and Jerry, and the fat guy from Laurel and Hardy.

My brother is very left brained and conservative and has little creativity and imagination. How in the world did he manage to dream something so bizarre even by my standards, I do not know. It was during our family vacation- and we did sing a lot of silly songs including THE Chipmunks version of "Old McDonald had a Farm" (complete with the "cha-cha-cha's"). I can imagine Mikey singing this song as Cowabunga Carl nowadays.

The other day I dreamt that the Next Mutation turtles showed up on another episode of Power Rangers. Probably because I saw the real crossover a few weeks ago. They were just standing around with a bunch of old rangers. It was wierd. Also Venus was missing. In my dream I was saying something about how Laird must of said yes to the turtles but no to Venus.

The second was from last night. I was Raph in the new movie getting ready to attack Winters building. Odd thing is I did not have sai but these two small red bats I have for real. I remember being in like a helicopter above a massive army of foot ninja. I was ready to jump out and attack but my dream shifted and I was watching the movie on my portalable DVD player. Wierd huh.

Sometimes I can be having a dream that seems normal (just about work or something) and boom out of nowhere a Ninja turtles suddenly comes in. This happens of course with people I actually know too but it's way more fun to have one of the turtles bust in on a seemingly boring dream

This happened to me a few weeks ago. The dream seemed somewhat normal at first. It started with some big party at my house that someone else started. The sky outside was very gloomy. Inside people were all gathered in the largest room in the house. I was just watching everyone else have fun. Suddenly, in walks Shredder. He walks right through the room and leaves without saying a word to anyone. Then after everyone finally left (a few hours later), I was in a car and seen him walking a few streets over. As soon as I noticed him he disappeared.
I woke up in the middle of the night sometime after this thinking WTF. The whole thing was so pointless but it seemed so very strange.

Sorry I haven't been sharing my dreams, but I will be soon! (I hope) I've been incorporating them into Ava's story. I haven't had anymore completely off the cracker dreams like the disco turtles, they've all been kinda fluffin' cool. ^_~

About the topic - I had that weird-ass dream two days ago. One of its fragments was TMNT-related. We broke into the Louvre Museum, Paris. Our gang comprised two girls I didn't know, 2007 movie Donatello and me. Don was the boss.

Our mission was to paint the bandanas on one of Raphael's masterpiece - "Madonna and Child with Saint John the Baptist". Seriously. About the topic - I had that weird-ass dream two days ago. One of its fragments was TMNT-related. We broke into the Louvre Museum, Paris. Our gang comprised two girls I didn't know, 2007 movie Donatello and me. Don was the boss.

Our mission was to paint the bandanas on one of Raphael's masterpiece - "Madonna and Child with Saint John the Baptist". Seriously. And even though we broke in at night, there was that huge ball in one of the museum corridors. And I got abducted by one of the female participants. And thus lost the track of Don. The gang girls re-appeared in my dream later on, tho'.

Heh just woke up from this...

Sunshine, Drewatello, Myself, and our fourth (who's forum name escapes me...he never posted. :evil: ) were at this HUGE TMNT convention. We were wearing somewhat revealing clothing, to reveal a huge interlocking TMNT mural tattoo we had done on our backs. I was in a wheelchair...which had turtle shell hubcaps. At first I thought it was because I said if I ever went to another convention, I wanted a wheelchair. (I didn't like having to walk the hell which was Otakon.) THEN I realized it was because I was very very pregnant. I had a ninja turtle fetus painted on my belly. :ohwell: We stopped to talk to some people who turned out to be the 07 movie voice actors. They were feeling my belly, and asking about the tattoos, so we stood up to demonstrate that they went together. I was bitching, and I joked that if I went into labor at the convention, the kid was getting named after one of the turtles...then BOOM! My water broke. Instead of rushing out, we all stood there, and started arguing over which name it would be...and I woke up. :embarass:
