I have hired a more professional Artist to make me a Raphael part 1 movie display. He suprised me by making these CGI raphael pics in one night. He is amazingly talented. These pics are not ment to look like Raphael from the movie. He kind of just made his own turtle but the paint job on these pics represents how he would like to paint my Raph part 1 head. It really resembles the coloring from the 1st movie turtles. This display will be done within 2 months so I will post pics when it is finished and it should look like Raph in the 1st film but for now I thought all the fans would enjoy these pics. :)

Thank you. It will. The artist I hired is very well known as an artist and is one of the best I have ever seen and is worth the extra money in my opinion. When its finished I think everyone will be blown away. :)

he forgot Raph's scar if he's modeling it after the mooovieesss... ;)
i hope the neck isn't gonna be that long, that looks funny. good texture & coloring. Raph's a bit darker than the first sculpt you had. I think he should REALLY study the movie look. *stares at Raph's big mug on wall* Raph's got alot of yellow/green around the end of the snout with a few spots, but up closer to his eyes the mottling is heavier, and olive greenish. then as it goes around his head it all mooshes together into a blended mottling. if he does the neck, there's muscles to sculpt there too.

I know, these pics are not what the sculpt is going to look like. He is following Raph's look from the first movie on the sculpt. The artist is a huge Jim Henson fan and he has a book showing how they made the turtles. He has the dimensions of the eyes and has already made them out of resin. I cant wait to see them.

That would be pretty cool. this time he will have realistic eyes with an angry expression and a little teeth showing. It should be incredible. :)

for me, I would want a more peaceful expression on him. I can see angry Raph anywhere...you don't get to see the other side of him enough.
Ooo i know what I would want. That 18" sculpt wearing a cloth trenchie & hat...that would be cool and real metal sai. gotta have those.

Peaceful would be cool as well. I just like the angry look. Makes him look tough and ready to rumble.
