With that, Michelangelo dropped off the building without a word and gracefully landed right between the two mutants.

Anya chuckled, "So, yeh be a tur'le? How ironic." She took off her hood to reveal herself just as Randi described her, a black panther.

"Pleased teh meet'cha, Michelangelo." SHe grinned kindly at him, "Tell meh, do yeh meet otha anthro's runnin' 'bout 'ere often?"

Raph rolled his eyes as he listened, 'geeze tell 'em our who story why don't you?' He had found the cheetah's reaction funny and had quickly recalled what Randi had said about Anya. 'Steal almost as good as ours? Yeah right... she said that most had... powers, didn't she? Wonder what these two's powers are.'

"China, I will ask the questions if you please." Anya warned, "China and I are on the look out, ironically, for a anthro turtle of the same species as you; perhaps she is one of those other two you have seen?"

"Ignore China, she and the suspect in question have had... differences of opinions up until now." Anya glared warningly at China.

China only crossed her arms grudingly, of course she didjn't like Graysight! She had her reasons!

A blur zipped between Mike and Anya, and stopped right infront of the Panther. "No need ta bring dat up!"

"We are... A covert branch of the United States Military." Anya explained, "Founded in 1948 by a group called The Pentagram and trained military tactics from land, air an' sea combat to bio-chemical and cyber war. We were created for one purpose, to protect and serve the United States from a new threat of attack."

"Anya are you sure we want to tell 'em dis?"

She sighed and went on, "It was believed, at the time, that Russia had found a way to harness a new resource: Psionics to use against the U.S. Not wanting this, five men who called themselves the Pentagram set out to find another way to harness this said energy. They found two doctors who could... but... for a price." She held out her paws showing her full self.

It was China's turn to speak, "Believe it or not." She began, "There is a single gene in de human body that determines Psionics; however, dis gene is rare and even den, it is often dormant. In dis stage it is called de Gamma Gene.
"To Remedy dis problem, the doctors in question found a way to activate tis dormant gene... awaken it if you will and thus create the active gene called de Alpha Gene... To activate de gene, they used a type of radiation and virtually destroyed the subjects' human dna strand and fused the remains with that of a prechosen animal... one that might best aid the subject in performing zier task."

China zipped to the other side of Mike, she was no more than a blur. "As you can see, my chosen animal was a cheetah... and you can tell what my psionic is... for Anya, a panther was chosen for they could not fully determine her power and for Graysight..."

"We've been.... more or less forgotten by both the Pentagram and the Government over the past fifty-some-odd years." Anya replied, "But we still do what we were made to do... searve and protect the United States against the threat of Mutant attack..."

"This includes terrorist attacks against our own civilians."

Anya sighed, she had been great friends with the supposed 'terrorist' and still didn't believe she could have done such dispicable things; but China had always had a problem with Graysight: the turtle had always been rebuking her for one mistake or another... but that had been Miranda's job! She was a Training Instructor! And she was right too, China did use her powers to the extent that they were frivilous and practically useless. Any enemy could figure out her weak points!

Despite how much China disliked Miranda, how could she actually believe that Miranda would do such murderous and heartless act? Indeed, Randi had to kill several people, but that was in times of war! Why would Randi destroy a building full of innconces just to kill one person she dispised? It just didn't make any sense!

Randi sat on her old couch and frowned at the food layed before her; she hadn't eaten in at least two days and now that she had food... she didn't have the appitite to eat it!

"Now, before I put the earplugs in..." he told her, "you should know that I'm going to be carrying you. We're going to be going very fast and we're going to be hopping a LOT of buildings. So just try and relax..."

He put the earplugs in and tapped her shoulder to find out if she was ready.

Donatello was kicked in the stomach and shoved into a dumpster, where an indention was formed where his shell crashed. Donatello shook off the cobwebs and stared at the thugs. Eight of them, what a gang! Donatello pulled out the bo and spun it around in a ninjitsu fashion.

"Bring it on tough guys..." Donatello challanged. Unfortunately, they did just that, as all eight thugs charged after the disguised turtle.

Not even a second later, Leonardo entered the scene taking out two with a twin kick and took out the knees of another. "Don! Don't just stand there!"

One of the other five pulled out a gun and pointed it at Don, a click could be heard as he prepared to shoot.

"ARGH!" The gun fell to the ground and shot off, the bullet riquocheting a few feet from Don; the ganster, however, wasn't as lucky the nicely made hunting knife was emeded into his hand. "My hand!" He wailed.

The knife then seemed to have a life of its own, pulling itself out of the man's hand and flying up to the roof of the walmart store. "Didn't any one ever tell you that guns were LONG RANGE weapons?" A familiar voice called out.

Donatello beamed, as he saw his brother come to his aid. Another gangster snuck from behind Donatello and held him in a Full-Nelson, but Donatello countered with a headbutt to the gangster's chin, then quickly spun around to sweep the gangster from under his feet with a swift swing of the bo.

As the thug landed on his back, Donatello stuck a bo to the mugger's diaphragm. The thug let out a giant moan, as the bo forced air out of his system. The thug clutched his stomach and rolled out of the way, as another thug took a try.

The second thug held a knife, trying to thrust it toward Donatello, but Donatello dodged each attempt, then held the thug in a submission wristlock-type maneuver, forcing him to drop the knife. Donatello then drove an elbow to the thug's nose and leapt in the air, landing a picture-perfect spinkick to the thug's chin. The thug flew back a few feet and landed on a bunch of garbage cans, causing a raucous.

"What the h--" a thug was interrupted by a bo to the abdomen, then one a bo to the skull to follow it up. That cleared up seven out of the eight thugs, and the last one attempted a mad dash to evade the situation, but Donatello tripped him from under his feet, landing face-first in front of Leonardo's feet.

Uh-oh! Donatello thought in his head. I hope it's not kitana-time!

Randi landed on the ground and walked up to the other two; she wanted to see what Leonardo would do with this last one...

"...get out of here..." He told the gangster.

The ganster smartly did as told and Randi smirked.

Michelangelo put his right hand lightly around Anya's waist so as not to startle her. He then slipped his left arm around the back of her thighs and gently, lightly lifted her in the air. He held her body tightly against his carapce so that she would not fall during their 'trip'.

China looked a bit annoyed as Raphael picked her up mumbling something in Swaheli (I know I spelled that wrong, don't bother correcting me)

Gee, she's outside... he told his brother nonverbally. Oh well, let's go, Raph, and keep your eye out on that one you got there...

With that, Mike and Raph both began to make their way toward Randi's position, moving at near break-neck speed... little more than green blurs in the sky. Hopping from building to building with an almost unparalleled grace and skill, they finally came to where Randi was...

Donatello shifted his attention to Randi and let out a nervous laugh, "Heeeeey... what brings you around here?" Donatello wanted to make sure she didn't witness him getting jumped. "You didn't see the part where I was, um... getting the shell beat outta me, did ya?"

Donatello put up a weak smile, nearly in embarrassment, but with the help of Leonardo clearing the trash, that could've made up for his getting jumped in vain.

"No. Saw that you were about to get shot though..." SHe jumped from the roof of the Walmart and landed next to them, "Surprised you let a group of humans get the best of you..."

"Who... me? No, they just took me off-guard, that's all," Donatello scratched his head nervously. "Okay, yes... they were kicking my a**, but hey... I'm not afraid to call for help when it's needed. By the way, what brings you around our area, besides the 'getting whipped' part?"

Mike stopped himself in mid-sentence and then looked over at Randi.

Donatello grinned, and finally recognized, though he had already seen him, that Michaelangelo was here. Now was the time to ask... "Mikey! Just the person I needed to see! If you don't mind me asking, what was the name of that warehouse by the docs? Just gimme a name and you guys have a layout."

Donatello then took second thoughts, "Actually, it was kinda good to come out here, then I would've never been beat down, which would have never got Mikey or Raph out here to tell me the place..." Donatello could tell he was babbling about nonsense, although it was factual, it was obvious.

Suddenly Mike projected in thier minds....

SHUT UP ABOUT THE PLANS!!

Mike motioned at Anya and China. Great tell 'em all we're planning on raiding them tonight.....

It was about this time that Randi actually realized WHO Mike had slung over her shoulder. "ACK! ANYA!" She pulled the panther off of Mike, Yelling, "Mike! WHat did you and Raph Do?!?"

There was a look of utter confusion on Anya cloud's face as Randi pulled off the mask, "Anya?! are you all right?"

"...WHat?"

"I said are-..."

"Wait a moment..." ANya pulled out the ear plugs and smiled warmly at Randi, "Now wut did yeh say?"

"...never mind... Sorry Mike..." She mumbled, handing him back his mask, "Where did you two meet?"

"On a roof... Raphael 'as China."

Randi rolled her eyes. "China?! Will this is just perfect."

"Dun worry, she won' do anythin'."

"...Well, we'll keep her blindfolded and what ever for a little bit longer..." Rand mumbled a slightly evil grin on her face.

Michelangelo took his headband from Randi and tied it tightly around his head. He then picked out a piece of fur that had gotten stuck on the cloth. He smiled at Randi and Anya.

"So, Randi," Mike said, "based on your response I take it we can trust this person??"

Leonardo didn't know what Anya had asked, but it was enough to turn Randi's soft, jade green cheeks a nice color of red.

"Ce qui?" Randi replied, startled, "Aucun!"

"I know what color the sky is, Anya." Randi hissed, "The point is, I'm not 'collaborating' with any mutant group... uh... these guys don't count..."

"Eh-heh... well of course they don't exist." Randi looked a bit nervous. "Why is the mutant militia really here, Anya, besides trying to 'catch' me."

Michelangelo had calmly observed the conversation between the two without saying a word. He looked over at the still-blindfolded China, who seemed to be getting a bit impatient. He smirked.

Mike then turned his head back toward Randi and Anya. He walked a step or two closer to Randi.

"It's okay, Randi," Mike said to her sincerely, "just tell us what happened."

Randi pushed Mike's arm away, "All you guys have to know is that I'm innocent." She growled, "I didn't kill that guard and I didn't bomb that building!"

"And have me go back to a society who hates me? A society who will only know me as some... some... villian? Proving my innocence will mean nothing to them!" Randi repied, "Not unless you can prove who really did it and getting that proof is going to be harder than showing MY innocence!"

He kicked off it, toward the wall of the building being climbed, kicked off it, back toward the other building, kicked off its wall with a somersault and landed on the ledge of the building when the other three were less than halfway up the ladder.

Donatello reached the lair, and quickly looked under a powerful search engine for the layouts of Schmitts. Though he had all the inside people who knew of the building, it was always safe to have layouts, just in case you became lost.

Donatello found blueprints and layouts and printed all that he could. Page after page spilled with aligned ink that represented floor plans and rooms. Donatello laughed and rushed back out the lair. After the lair stayed silent in emptiness, Donatello ran back into the lair and grabbed the foreign language translator... Hehehe he laughed in his head with a devious smile.

Anya sighed and followed Randi as she led them back to her house HER way. (*Glares at Mikey and Raph..* Show offs).

"It could work you know." Anya said.

"I'm NOT going to put them them in that kind of situation!" Randi ranted as they went, "Its too risky!"

"Letting them go is risk enough, whats a bit more?" Anya argued, "We can work from the inside out, find out why Marx really brought hte militia here."

"And if it falls through? Do you think I'm going to sit by and let Mike and Raph get killed?!?"

"It won't fall through, I know enough people who can help in ensuring it will work."

Leo was getting a bit impatient with this. "Why don't you tell us this 'plan' and let us decide."

"Ugh! ANya wants to fake a capture of Mike and Raph and then 'assist' them in breaking out of the brig."

"Silently, of course... I'll make sure the bird-brains are garding them."

"All I need is to be close enough to Dianne to get the message across.. but I need her mind to be accessable... I can't contact here when she's in her computer mode."

Donatello sat for a moment, wondering to himself what he was going to do. The layouts were on his lap, the foreign language converter was on the floor, he's hoped that a phone call would possibly come in. Boredom was all that gave him a problem.

Was I supposed to meet up with them somewhere? Donatello thought. Uh... nah!

Donatello grabbed his papers and left the sewer, unaware that Raphael was coming to get him.

"You don't even need to use it," Randi called out, "Your enemies would die laughing just looking at you." SHe couldn't help it, she had to insult the girl.

"Hey!" China chirped.

"That chirp'll make them laugh all the harder."

China looked ready to whack Randi with her bo, "Oh really? Why don't you tell me the color of those drapes?"

"I'm.... not sure." Mike replied to Anya truthfully. "In all truthfulness, I've never really interacted with any members of the opposite sex that tweren't human, so I'm not really sure. It's kinda new to me."

He paused for a moment.

"So, Ms. Personality wants 'meat'", he said, trying to change the subject. "What do you feel like??"

"Oh, let me check." She gently squeezed her arm, "I feel like... me!" She grinned jokingly, "Meat sounds good, we can go find a steak house some where and then get something for Leo, Randi and You."

"Alright, let's drop by a steakhouse I know just down the street." He paused for a moment, remembering how he had first met Randi last afternoon and offered her a meal which she seemed somewhat excited about. "We'll get Chinese for Randi, Leo, and me."

"I was going to suggest sushi for Randi but Chinese is good too... do you know of any good steak houses in the area?" Anya asked.

Michelangelo pointed down at the street. It was a small, privately owned steakhouse. "Best meat in the city," he said with a smile.

"Tis your home town, Lad, not mine." Anya replied smiling warmly at Michelangelo. She had only know Michelangelo a few hours and all ready she knew that Mike was not only a good person, but one of the few who could actually calm the 'torrential waters', as the turtle had once described it, of Randi's soul. Yes, he was exactly what Randi needed to fill that void that was obvious to everyone except Randi herself.

Randi was blind to a lot of things, many of which were intentional. Though highly immature of her, the turtle chose to be blind to the good of life.

Randi was cause of much worry for Anya and her other close friends... at times it seemed like a miricle that the girl was still alive.

Anya seemed to be deep in thought. Mike pondered asking her about what she was thinking, but decided against it. First things first.

"A'ight, see yah in a jiffy," Mike replied in his distinctively American slang. With that, he darted down towards the shadows around the place and was soon of out Anya's sight.

About five minutes had passed by when Mike seemed to reappear right by her. He had a cloth bag right by him, filled with some nice rare-cuts.....

"Hi again," he said cheerily.

"My my," Anya smiled, "that was rather fast, but what is one to expect from a Ninja? Let us find a good Chinese resturant for Randi, Leo an' you--should we get something for Donatello and Raphael as well?" She asked as thy began to move again.

"You were suppost to get the stuff and go to Randi's house." Raph replied growling, "For some reason Mike's just left the house, he better not be looking for you two. Come on, I'm sure that Mike's girlfriend needs those stupid blueprints." Does Raph seem a little jealous? :P

"And whats that other do-hicky you have there?" Raph added, referring to the translation device as the moved towards Randi's place.
Donatello looked down to the foreign language translator and looked back at Raphael. "Oh... this little 'do-hicky' is a foreign language translator... it actually works! I've worked on this baby for years, and if Randi tries her little French, Italian, Spanish, or whatever it is... she won't be keeping any secrets from us right in front of our faces. Doesn't that just dig deep down inside you when she does that?"

Donatello brung the device back to his side, and held the papers in front of himself. "Anyway, let's head back to Randi's place... hopefully, they'll be there by the time we get there."

Anya merely smiled and followed allongside Michelangelo, she soon frowned however. "If the whole plan goes as planned," She said, "If we proved Randi's innocence and find out whats really going on..." She sighed, "Sometimes the term 'ignorance is bliss' does hold some truth."

"Sure thing." Mike replied with a smile, putting his arm around Anya in that friendly, not-copping-a-feel kinda way. Within minutes, the duo had come across one of the turtles' favorite Chinese places. Mike repeated his performance and got the food without a hitch in only three minutes.

"A'ight, darlin'. Let's head back to Randi's place." He smiled. "Hopefully it's all still in once piece."

"Good, I'm starving."

When they got back home, they found Leo setting at the table rubbing his temples as Randi and China stood eye-to-eye bickering back and forth in the same rough dialect of french as before.

"Some one... make them stop... please..."

Anya blinked twice and then chuckled, "I've goto fooood."

China immediatly turned her attentions away from Randi, who of course was not too pleased about this. "Hey I'm not talking to you!"

Michelangelo raised an eyeridge in half-annoyance, half-amusement.

"You two lovebirds want a room?" Mike replied to the bickering female mutants.

"Yeah." Raphael said to Donatello, "Whateva, lets go." From there he lead Donatello back to Randi's house. As he entered the door he immediatly gathered what all had happened: Mike had gone to get food, (good, cause he was hungry), and Randi and China had some sort of arguement.

Michelangelo sensed the approach of his two brothers. "Hey guys, how's it goin'??" He was still eyeing Randi and China with a smirk.

Randi harrumped and sat down abruptly at the table. China, was tugging at the food that Anya held with begging eyes. 'Not yet.' Anya mouthed the words.

"If ya'll are going to eat, then eat." Randi said.

"Don't mind if I do!" Donatello said with a glow in his eyes, while cracking his knuckles on the way in.

"By the way, I have no idea if this could be to some use, but..." Donatello revealed the layouts for the building, showing that he did his homework. "I don't know if this is a necessity anymore, but it's always nice to have layouts."

Donatello sat in a meditation-styled manner, and held out the layouts in front of him. "So, Schmitts was the building that was given to me by Raph, and well... I have the layouts all set and ready. Tell me what'cha think?"

Donatello folded the layouts and lightly tossed them to Michaelangelo, making sure that none of the papers would come out and fly about the room.

Mike skillfully caught the layouts and placed them on the couch. "After we eat."

As Anya, Leo, and China began to lay out the food, Randi stood up and walked over to the layouts. She scanned over them, making an outline of a plan in her mind... she mentally mapped out where all security cameras could possibly be and what areas would most likely be used for what. They'd have the brigs up high in the center of the establishment or down low in the basement that seemed to level up with the sewers.

Mike turned his head and looked at Randi for a moment. He could tell she was doing something, but wasn't sure what exactly.

"You gonna eat, babe?" Mike called out. "I brought... Chiiineeeesee." He grinned.

Either Randi wasn't listening, or she wasn't paying attention because continued to stare down at the bluesheets.

"Hmph." Mike just shrugged his shoulders, sat down, and started eating. "Mmmmm.... pork and rice. Yum"

"Ooooh..." Donatello said as he stood off the ground and toward the food. "Sooo... where's the food?"

Donatello spotted his serving, "Ah... here we go." Donatello took his share and sniffed it, enjoying its aroma. "Mmmmmm... Acapella! Oops, I promised to myself that I'd stop doing that!"

Donatello set his food down and rubbed his hands in pleasure, as he prepared to nourish his body with the food.

Randi sighed, giving up on her calculations for now and went to sit down with the others helping herself to some sweet and sour pork. "...thanks for bringing food guys..." She mumbled to Anya and Mike.

Anya nodded and took another bite out of her own meal.

"No problem." He replied casually. Mike hadn't had breakfast, as he had spent the night here at Randi's, so he was pretty hungry. He was practically inhaling his Chinese......

Donatello dug into his food and scarfed down the food into his hungry body. "Oh, so good! My credits to the chef!"

Mike smiled.

"No problem." He replied casually. Mike hadn't had breakfast, as he had spent the night here at Randi's, so he was pretty hungry. He was practically inhaling his Chinese......

Funny that Mike should feel that way, Randi hadn't eaten for about a day or two prior and she was finding it hard to eat anything. When your stomach has been empty for so long you tend to have this wierd feeling that it's full... especially when you try to eat.

She sighed, ingoring the feeling and bit into her food. These spices are goanna kill me later on, she thought casually to herself.

"Dianne only goes onto a break every four hours, the last time I saw her do so was... six hours ago." Anya checked her watch. "Meaning we have to hours to pl-."

"Good enough." Randi muttered, "Two hours will be just enough time."

Leo shook his head, "Are you sure about that, Randi?"

"Hmmm...." Mike noted the look of worry on Randi's face. "So, what is the plan exactly??"

"Standard Cops and Robbers." Randi replied, "You'd be surprised how some classics work every time."

"Well, Anya and China get to play the good guys who took down the infamous crimanal... me... and my knew 'Associates' Mike and Raph." Randi explained, "It could be claimed that through some clue research they found 'our' hide out... here."

"Exactly what clues."

"I scared a pair of airman a while back." Randi replied taking another bite of her food, "And Mike mentioned something about being attacked in the sewers... from that it could be claimed that during their search with me by the use of--you were using an Xscope, right?"

Anya nodded, "I see where you are going with this, we spotted and followed you here, right?"

"Nope, you saw what you thought was me but turned out to be one of them." Randi gestuered to Mike and Raph. "You follow one of THEM here and when they realized they were followed, they attack and well... you win."

Leo sighed, "Are you sure that would work? We've been trained to detect and-..."

"Yeah, well the Mutant Militia don't know that, do they?" Randi argued, "And you've never seen Anya use your abilites, how are you to know she wouldn't be able to kick your shell to kindom come? Now let me finish."

"I come back and," Lets out a fake shock, "Low and behold my two knew allies are knocked out cold and tied up... China easily takes me out."

China smirked, looking a bit too smug about this.

"This'll make us even, China." Randi sounded a bit annoyed. She turned back to the others and continued. " They take us back to the base 'dearmed'--but we'll be able to get them back and even if we don't I'm sure you two can cope with out them, yes?"

"Don't give me any of that 'true warrior' stuff Leo, please." Randi rolled her eyes, "You sound like Topaz but worse."

They were more than capable of handling themselves with or without their weapons. Besides, its not like they weren't proficient with practically every freakinf weapon they could feasibly get their hands on in the first place.

Mike nodded to Leo. "I think what Leo was going to say was that we can take care of ourselves with or without our weapons.... of course, we'd definitely prefer having them. If that can be arranged. If not, we'll adapt."

Mike paused for a moment in thought. "Sounds like a pretty solid plan, though," although Mike knew the final decisions would probably be up to Leo, "but, what are we gonna do once where inside?? Knock out the guards?? Or wait for China and Anya to do somethin'??"

"I'm not one hundred percent sure, but China and Anya will be there too... and besides, Don and Leo will be on stand by." Randi replied. "Once you--we--get the needed information, I'm sure we can exscape, espcially with the distractions that they could cause."

"WHy don't we just plan a whole mutany?" It was hard to tell if China was being serious or sarcastic.

Mike was beginning to question the wisdom of this plan. The stated goal was to find out what the Militia was planning, not overthrow them. Surely there were easier, less risky ways of gaining information??

"No, simple 'capture escape' proceedure." Randi told China. "They will realize that we 'hid' in the file room, yes, but it won't dawn on them that the entire thing was to retrieve information until its all too late... besides, Dianne won't do the 'black out' until she knows for sure all three of us arein the brig... if one of us are like in... the interrogation room it may not work... and speaking of which, we need a story... of how Mike, Raph and I met and their supposed history."

"The outlanders don't exist." Randi had made them up to scare a few impressionable militia members in florida but she wasn't going to tell them that.

I wouldn't buy it and neither would they. We need a story that will have them running in circles..."

"If we do go with the truth, it would have to bent and streatched into a way that they would appreciate, that they would believe."

"Strife?" Leo shook his head, "What's that?"

"Strife... I can create a neurological (eh, how ever its spelled) gas which caues those infected to either be conflicted with internal conflict or be overwelmed with the... strife they have for thier allies." Anya explained, "Thus the name Strife."

"Just enough so it can be detected in your systems." Randi added, "After that, they can 'overpower' me and knock me out... seeing as that is one of few ways of keeping me from using my psychokinetic powers against them..."

"Right." China said, "We've got an hour--ready to start?"

But, perhaps its presence in their bloodstream would be enough to fool their future 'captors'.....

Anya's eyes seemed glow white as purplish black cloud seemed to form about her. The Cloud began to shift towards Raph and Mike, envolping them both...

Think of all the times The other guys had annoyed him, tried to tell him the 'right' way to do things. how did they know? They weren't rightious, why should they control his actions? They weren't his keeper! And that female! Mikey was all into her! Didn't he ever concider that maybe some one else deserved her?

Raphael sneered as he began to recall more 'injustices' done to him by his so-called brothers.

((Its basically brings up what ever 'strife' one might have for another person... even if it is subconcious... it causes fighting... or maybe even deep depression if the strife is against oneself.))

Think of all the times The other guys had annoyed him, tried to tell him the 'right' way to do things. how did they know? They weren't rightious, why should they control his actions? They weren't his keeper! And that female! Mikey was all into her! Didn't he ever concider that maybe some one else deserved her?

Raphael sneered as he began to recall more 'injustices' done to him by his so-called brothers.

The gas enshrouded Michelangelo, almost completely overcoming his physical senses. He could vaguely sense his brother's anger, but it was hard to feel things with this gas hazing his mind up....

Nnngggh!! The gas affected Mike in a different way than it had Raphael. Unlike Raph, Mike actually harbored little hatred or malice towards any particular individuals.... set aside himself. He felt.... the isolation, the loneliness. Despite what anyone else might think, Mike was easily the most alone of his brothers. His sensitivity and insight gave him a unique perspective the others seemed to lack. He knew he was alone, and would probably always be alone, but it was something he learned to live with with a peaceful calm.

But this gas was changing all that..... he felt an intense misery, a pit manifesting in his stomach. He fought to regain control of himself against this psychic onslaught. His ki began to rise steadily, his breathing pacing...

The fumes died away and Anya sighed, "It isn't that easy to take away the fumes, you have to give me some time."

Randi just huffed, "We're almost ready..."

Truthfully, Randi didn't want to be knocked out... even dazed, but if she wasn't, Marx wouldn't believe that she had really been caught by the two. Damn it!

"...are you sure you want me to do this? You'll have that bruise on your head for a while."

Randi just rolled her eyes. "As soon as Im out, China and Anya hear'll take us to the base... act 'defeated' you two... okay?"

"Yeah," Raph growled, gripping his sais a bit too hard.

Randi nodded and looked directly at Mike, not bothering to say anything verbally or psychically, maybe her expression would say it all.

"Okay, I'm ready."

THe Cheetah winced some as her bow struck the back of Randi's head.

"Pick her up," Anya said, "And lets go."

"Don and I'll follow and watch from the sidelines..." Leo said.

Mike calmed a bit allowed his ki to lower again. In all truthfulness, the gas had nowhere near the effect on him as it did on Raph. Mike stretched the muscles in his neck, already recovering from the 'attack' on his mind. "Well, that was fun."

"All right," Anya pulled a pair of handcuffs from her pouch, "Hope you two don't mind..." She said, "Just for added affect..."

Anya really didn't care either way if he could or couldn't. Either way it would make thier story more believable, and that was what they needed.

A few sentrys must have seen the five coming because by the time they got to the entrance of the warehouse, a tall thin rat with a long scar over his left eye (which was whited over and apparently quite useless), along with several other solderiers were waiting for them. One amung them was a creme colored hair with bright saphire eyes which widened upon the sight of Randi. "It-its true?!"

The rat chuckled, "Apparently so..." With his good eye, eye glared at Mike and Raph, "Who're they?"

"Her accomplisess." Anya replied calmly.

"Heh, I see, where did you find them?"

"Followed that one," She pointed to Mike, "To a house where we found the other and Graysight--we acted immediatly."

"Not many bruises on them.." He sneered.

"....not needed sir, 'Strife' took care of a lot of it."

"I see... and Tezlof?"

"One good knock to the head," China replied, grinning evilly, "ANd she's not a worry."

Randi let out a soft groan, the rat's ear's twitched. "Ah, she awakes... GET THEM IN THE HOLDING CELLS NOW!"

Several soldiers went for Mike and Raph, guns ready, leading them inside. Some more took Randi off of China's shoulders and followed along behind them...

Randi raised her head, everything was still so cloudy...
