Might be hard to get a decent updraft in the sewer lol, Could possibly be a horribly oversized dart, as the gun he comes with reminds me of the ones the Foot were using on the monsters(and Raph-N-Leo).
Far as Shreds helmet maybe he just decided to update his look, being dead a few times might make make him a bit flighty.

Technically yes but its a loose sequel so not everything is canon.

TMNT 4 is technically a sequel but it's a loose sequel. Many things have happened and it appears that other things were either lightly recognized or ignored completely.

I don't know how toy commissioning / production works, but it looks to me like they are launching a whole lot of toys that bears slim resemblence to the movie... maybe it's in preparation for something to come (ie related to all the speculation about what's happening to current toon), to keep interest spiked?

Yeah Mike's helmet is the only thing I like also and thats only because I want a cowabunga carl mike figure. Thats what they should have made instead of another mike with some goofy skateboard for the second wave coming out.
I tell you right now if Playmates put me in charge of the line for one month I bet you anything I could get the line to where it needs to be.
Theres just so much missing that should be.

It could have been set to be released but not released due to a recall . Now that the problem has been fixed, hence why it was delayed.

I wonder what could have been recalled on either one of those figures the splinter figure is allready out and the bigfoot is a big hunk of plastic so I dont really know about that but I was thinking that perhaps they where working on a differnt version of splinter that could be why it was recalled.
Also on the same note thats why Quarry took so long to come out she was originally going to have a water spitting action feature I'm so glad it didnt happen I'm glad they just made her a normal figure even if it took forever o come out.

Well what Playmates told me was don't cry over spilt milk yet but I've pretty much got my cleanx ready lol:lol:
They said what they where and maybe still are planning was a line of figures that had everything a mix of 2k3 character, FF, and whatever else they decided.
Which if you ask me would be the smartest move they would have made in friggin years since the orignal line of toys.:D

The reason we always end up with Turtles in goofy outfits figures is because the Turtles are the figures that sell best and Turtles in goofy outfits = more sales than secondary characters that parents and kids, who are still the target market, don't know and/or don't care about (every store I go into has lots of TMNT movie figures except for the basic Turtles).

So if Playmates were to release an all-encompasing line, I think it'd make more sense to stick to different variations of the Turtles. You could have Mirage Turtles (hell, you could even do different styles based on different artists - I'd kill for an AC Farley-style Turtle figure), 1st movie Turtles (since I have my Mirage statues, this is probably what I'd want most), old toon Turtles, Archie Turtles... throw in a Splinter, April, Casey (Elias as Casey, anyone?), and Shredder here and there, and everyone's happy.

They can always make a "Same As It Never Was" Don.That would be a cool wave. One Armed Mikey. Eye Patch Raph, Older Leo, Aged Ch'Rell, Future Foot Soldiers, The Hun/Baxter combo. The Build A Figure? Parts to add onto the Shredder armor to make a bigger mech.

The reason we always end up with Turtles in goofy outfits figures is because the Turtles are the figures that sell best and Turtles in goofy outfits = more sales than secondary characters that parents and kids, who are still the target market, don't know and/or don't care about (every store I go into has lots of TMNT movie figures except for the basic Turtles).

So if Playmates were to release an all-encompasing line, I think it'd make more sense to stick to different variations of the Turtles. You could have Mirage Turtles (hell, you could even do different styles based on different artists - I'd kill for an AC Farley-style Turtle figure), 1st movie Turtles (since I have my Mirage statues, this is probably what I'd want most), old toon Turtles, Archie Turtles... throw in a Splinter, April, Casey (Elias as Casey, anyone?), and Shredder here and there, and everyone's happy.

That's exactly like the Spider-Man series! But just like the Spider-Man line, every other wave is filled with Secondary Characters.

And eventually, everyone will stop buying every Mikey. How many people want 123 Mikeys and no other characters?

The little kid that walks down the toy aisle with his mom and just wants a Ninja Turtle doesn't care if it's the 123rd Mikey figure. It's that exact reason why Hasbro continues to repack Luke, Leia, Han Solo, and Darth Vader figures. Those are the characters people want. So you get more of those guys and some fan service inbetween.

You're taking this to be way to literal here. This is more of a "Hey, I am dreaming what would be cool!" logic going around here. Honestly, Hasbro has done one thing right - Web Exclusives with the GIJoe figures.

And all those secondary ones sell.

I would love a movie Rahzar and Tokka to scale with the 2K3 set up. I didn't list them because I only made a couple waves up in my head.

I have to strongly dissagree with you for once rose.
I as a kid at one point never ever wanted all the turtles my friends, my cousin and myself very much wanted all the other characters we even would write into playmates and beg them to make verm-x and armaggon but with no luck.
Each citys stock of figures is differnt All I see most of the time in los angeles and where I'm visiting now pittsburgh,p.a. are all turtles to use the horridly sculpted casey, april, and karai as an examples is a very poor one.
Bishop never sat on the shelves, neither did rat king and many other flew right off including baxter 2, and mutated don...I mean some of them sat for a bit but they did sell before say oh Dino Turtles and turtles with stupid action features that cost more than the normal ones.

I'd seriously kill for some Archie, mirage and old toon figures that never got made that should have had action figures.
