what's up everybody? recently, i noticed a tmnt dvd @ blockbuster, and it brought back so many memories of my favorite show growing up. i just got my dvds in the mail a few days ago (about 100 episodes), and i've been pretty much watching them nonstop :lol: . this topic has probably been worn out, but these are my 5 favorites so far (in no order).

I remember the Best 10 Episodes topic from a few months back and, as expected, I know my thoughts on those have changed since then, especially after watching a lot more episodes. It's hard to say without having had seen seasons 5-10 in over five years though. For now, I'll settle with:
A Thing About Rats: I think my favourite episode from season 1
Return of the Technodrome
The Big Break In/Blow Out... that group of three The Big episodes.
I haven't seen it in years but I KNOW I love My Brother, The Bad Guy
The Legend of Koji

It's been so long since I've seen most of the OT. For now I'm going to cop out and just say my top 5 = season 1 just because I love season 1 so much. Though I do recall The Maltese Hamster being a favorite of mine for quite a while as a kid.

I watched 'My Brother, The Bad Guy'. I LOVE it! Definately in my Top 5! I love how in some parts of the episode, the voices sound echoed a bit. I think it somehow adds to the feeling of danger and near-armageddonness that the episode brings on with the technodrome moving back to earth and stuff. It's like, you know something big is going to happen. I find that, for the most part, the episode is more serious all around than pretty much anything since season 1.

It's funny, me too. Before the dvd came out, all I could say was "I used to love the TMNT cartoon although the only one I can remember is the gangster one where Donatello is the narrator!!"

I love all the seasons, especially the first 4, but I would say my favorite episodes would be the entire first season
