Different Publisher

Here's a question for you all...

Awhile back I bought the four collected books (1-3, 4-6, 7-9, Leo 1 & 10-11) on eBay. When I got them, they were published by Penguin Books. Are they fakes or just a different publisher in a different country? I don't remember who or where I got this from.

I think that First Comics Inc published them in America and Penguin published them in Britain? I'm not too sure though but its probably something along that lines... They're certainly not fakes...
