What episode does the evil mutant turtle Slash appear in? He was always one of my favorite villians, still is, but I am yet to see him. When does he come?

He also appears in two other episodes: "Donatello Trashes Slash" from the sixth season (1992), and "Night of the Rogues" from the seventh season (1993).
