Tales of Leo shows a few stories told by Don Mike and Raph about a past adventure with Leo

The Lesson is about the Four turtles attempting to teach Casey ninjitsu

Fathers & Sons is the story of the first time the turtles met the ancient one and how they saved the Ninja Tribunal. Also, we get to see how the turtles obtained their bandanas and who chose the colors.

I hope we see more turtles as little kids (hey maybe even preteen kids as well) in any future seasons of the series.

Hey which was your favorite turtle tot episode? Mine was The Lesson :D

Can I completely cop out and say ALL OF THEM?!

...No? Okay well I'll have to go with the lesson as well. That little part at the very end where we learn they were training Casey the whole time made it for me.

I love those three episodes, but my favorite would be Tales of Leo. Not only because it is Leonardo centered, but because it shows a lot of the Toddler Turtles doing what each individual one does best.

The Lesson is my favourite of all of those. I laughed so hard at the:

"I just got out of the shower" part when Mike tips water all over Raph

And also, Mike's intro to the story about the

"wrath of Splinter"

Truly classic episode!!

"The Lesson" was my favorite because of how well thought-out it was. It was just a plain great episode. ^_^
I also thought it was awesome to make "Goongala!" a derivative of what Mikey was trying to get him to say.

I did not know the Lession was so liked. Personally I fealt it was one of season threes worst episodes and the worst toddler Turtle episode. Yet I guess to each their own.

I read "The Passing" today (Mirage volume 1 number 9). It would make a great NT episode. They don't even need to show the Turtles as toddlers- it could work with the Turtles as teens just as well.

I liked "The Lesson"- but I like "Tales of Leo" even better.

Give us more Toddler Turtles, PLEASE!!!

My fave of the toddler eps for the 2K3 series (remember the OS Turtle Toddler eps where as soon as they become kids everybody is their aunt or uncle?? "Auntie April!", "Unca Splinter!" ) is "Father's and Sons".

The turtles were around 1 or 2 and hadn't started their training yet. They look like they were the offspring of Bugs Bunny and a lizard at that age with their buck teeth (or would that have been the egg tooth???).

I also like how the turtles aren't pissed at all that Splinter has kept all these secrets from them over the years (the battle nexus, the origin of the true shredder, the ninja tribunal, ancient one, ect). I know I'd be pissed if my father was keeping vital important info from me and only informs me the moment it happens! Uh helloo! :ohwell:

Nah....Splinter mentions that they had met the Ninja Tribunal a "Years and Years Ago" and they're like... "WTF are u talking about?"

But seriously...the sons of Bugs Bunny and a lizard:

I agree. "The Passing" was a good story and would have made a great episode for 2k3.

You see, in that screencap I can easily tell which Turtle is which. But in the actual episode, I had trouble distinguishing them by skin color alone. Perhaps it is not so easy to see in ThouCylinder, but I had to go by their actions and personalities to determine which one did what.

Bugs Bunny x Lizard...and I thought the Muppets were weird for having a frog marry a pig. But then, there is a folktale involving a cockroach marrying a mouse.

Noooooo! Muppet Babies were cool! They were in fashion around the same time the OT was around- when I was in junior high. And everyone would watch them the same way we watched the OT. And everyone liked them a lot. My favorites were Rowlf and Scooter.

Have not had much contact with the Disney Babies.

And the Toddler Turtles ROCK!

I watched some "Fathers and Sons" scenes again to see which Turtle was which. Now I am able to distinguish Raph a bit better. But the one that stayed next to Splinter would be either Mikey (totally OOC cause he's the most hyper of the bunch) or Leo (totally in character) and either they are not very distinguishable or like in the OT they may have not been careful about getting the colors totally right.
