I think it was Dos.. with really bad color.. or maybe windows 3.0

He uses the OS he's written himself, of course! (Prolly something along the lines of Unix)

There is nothing wrong with microsoft products, i think Microsoft is a great company.

well you have to admit donny has made some pretty cool stuff, so compiling his kernal would be nothing
