Okay I know this is going to be a pointless threatd, but I just want confirmation. Klunk is a boy right? I was trying to find something to confirm it, but I had no luck. Okay I'll stop with my stupidity, sorry.

To be honset I am not sure if Klunk is a male cat or a female cat. I think in the 2k3 series Klunk is a boy, but he Klunk could be a female in the comics since I think Mikey has Klunks off-spring. :ohwell:

In the Mirage comics Klunk was a boy.

He mated with a stray alley cat who had kittens, one of which Mikey adopted after Klunk died.

Dunno about the 2k3 cartoon, but I assume Klunk's a dude.

He dies in one of the "Tales of the TMNT" comics of recent years ... he gets hit by a car. The Turtles are living all together in an apartment at that point (not sure how old they are).

It was in Tales of the TMNT vol. 2 #9 "The Path".

According to my Mirage Continuity Timeline (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/showthread.php?t=19697), it takes place after TMNT Vol. 2 during the long period between Vol. 2 and 4 which I refer to as "Mirage TMNT Vol. 3".

Interestingly there was a 2k3 kids I Can Read book that had Mikey adopting a female cat named Balloons that had kittens.

Can we assume that the mother of Klunk's kittens in Mirage is Balloons maybe?

Oh I remember that, I was a little tramatized for I love Klunk. It is such an appropriate attribute to Mikey's character to take care of a little stray kitty.

They killed Klunk (well the set it up to look like he drowned) in a 2K3 alternate reality episode too, what did that poor cat ever do?
