Hey I am curious, but what kind of a board is this? some sort of vBulletin?

This board uses phpBB (http://www.phpbb.com/) 2.0.4. The template I installed is a heavily modified version of a template that is based off vBulletin, so that's why it looks like vB.

:sweatdro: that must be why i thought it was vB  does it cost to run these?

Nope, the software itself is free. You'll probably need a paid host to run it on, though, since most free hosts don't offer PHP and MySQL.
