I know the next season is supossed to be "more like the movie" but I'm sure we'll still get comic to TV episodes.
We need more Raph episodes, so "The River" is a must, and I just picked up Bad Moon Rising the other day, and it seems like it'll be a cool mini-series. So Darkness Weaves and BMR would be nice (I don't know how to work Shadow into it, mabey have the turtles come back 10-15 years later than they should have).
Dan Berger's "Leatherhead Too" is one of my favorites.
Complete Carnage and Radical would wrap up Tales Vol. 1, but I don't really want more superhero stuff, we already got the JF and Silver Sentry.
"Scars" would be cool, the Cha Ocho issue.
The value of gold
And, Sins of the Past, I wanna see more Utroms (just not to the Vol. 4 extent)

I love to the issue where Raphael sneaks off to train with some marticial arts girl. I forget what issue this is in but I would love to see this adptied into the show. They could make the marticial arts girl he sneaks off to spar with Joy. I just want the show to expand on the Joy and Raph thing.
And definately The Path . But I don't know if I want them to kill off Klunk in the newer series, however if they don't kill klunk off like they did in the issue "the Path" than it would lose all its impact and meaning :( . But God from what I hear its such a good Michaelangelo solo issue, that could hint at character depth that hasn't been touched with a ten and half foot pole in the 2k3 series.

- The Passing, whether as a flashback or in present time.
- Not forgotten- which can be done as a flashback.
- Loops
- Kaddish, though I have not read it, it just sounds so cool.
- The value of gold.
- Teen Shadow tales with Angel instead.
- Blind Sight with a few adaptations.
- Other good Leonardo and Donatello Tales.
- Perhaps other ones adapted from Archie stories.
- If they redid the Sword of Yurikawa with Karai and Bishop instead of the original Shredder and Lafayette, it would kick major arse.

The River and Sky Highway. They are a must. I'm miserably disappointed they didn't do them sooner.

"Sky Highway" seemed like it would fit perfectly with the New Toon and could easily be trimmed to fit a half hour and altered to work with the series.
However, we all know Laird's stance on Veitch's TMNT work so it'll never happen.
I'd also like to see Complete Carnage and Radical in some capacity. Laird made it a point to introduce as many preexisting superheroes into the show as possible, yet never bothered with Mirage's number 1 preexisting superhero and villain. Seems kind of weird they were left out.
Laird dropped hints of a possible "Worms of Madness" adaptation which we never got, but I'd like to see.
Tone down the blood and "the Ring" and "Twilight of the Ring" would be pretty cool. And hey, we'd get to see Don tuning in with his mystical side.
They've really hit most of the issues I'd like to see adapted, honestly. I'm not left wanting very much.

Scandia, they will probably never adapt any Archie stories, since it ain't Laird's vision.

I thought "Sky Highway" sucked, myself.
I still want to see Pimiko, Warlord Komodo, and Big Tony Puzorelli from Volume III.
Masks. Splinter Cell. Virus. Blind Faith/Blind Sight. Paris Nocturne. The Quick and the Dead.

The River
Sky Highway
Complete Carnage and Radical
Issue #44 - with Lucindra (making it Joy could work though)
Issue #17 - one of the best Mike stories ever
Issue #9 - yes, we've had Turtle tots, but I want to see this story specifically
Complete Carnage and Radical (why this one hasn't been done yet is a real mystery)
Issue #33 Renet's time cube causes trouble, forget Ninja vs. Pirates, try Ninjas AS Pirates!:D
Savanti Juliet
Hall of Lost Legends
Issues #46 & 47 - where they go back to ancient Japan with Renet
The Ring - the one where Don goes all Shaman
Fun with Guns - Classic Casey and Raph short story, maybe this is where Cody got the original idea for Turtle X
49th Street Stompers - posibly use Huns new Purple Dragons
The short story where Don teaches the Chinese boy how to stand up for himself against bullies
The 4 Leos story from Tales
Worms of Madness
The Mike writes a novel story from Tales
The City at War Tales epilogue, maybe the detective guy investigates the season 5 fallout instead of CatW
As you can see the well for Mirage adaptations is hardly dry yet

Well Mirage is adapting the Forever War into a comic (finally) and that's got tons of Archie characters...so anything is possable.
What I'd like to see is:
- Tales of Leonardo Blind Sight
- Ninjara or Mezcaal
- Shadow Jones
- Savanti Juliet (Can't ya just picture a fight between Leo and Leonardo Da Vinci?? :D )
- Complete Carnage and Radical (of course Radical will then join the Justice Force  )
- Pimiko (Perhaps she could be Karai's "sister"? )
- Hall of Lost Legends
- The Pantheon
- To Serve and Protect
- Cha Ocho (any of the Cha Ocho stories)

I'd like none as well, the comic adapts are easily the worst episodes of the series.
And I think most of them are good so by worse I don't mean their bad I just mean their not as good as the original episodes.

How is it possible to adapt a comic book into a comic book? Mirage will be publishing the Forever War, but it will not be part of the Mirage Universe.

I just realized that the Donatello movie prequel would make a good episode, we don't get alot of Don/Splinter interactions.

You never know, they might adapt it as "Sheep Count" the story of the baby turtles who can't fall asleep. And then all the fan girls will pee themselves at the same time because we all know baby turtle episodes are the best of the series.

No thank you. I think the "baby-Turtles" episodes are for people who grew up on girl's anime.

heehee, yeah, they looked really ridiculous in "fathers and sons."
in "tales of leo" they were okay. they kind of tried my patience in "the lesson."

I enjoyed the toddler turtle story lines in the show, I think their designs are very cute an innocent looking. And I love the episode "The Lesson". However I was turned off by the designs thay used in Father's and Sons. Tey looked really freaky with those buck teeth and anime eyes. I don't get why they couldn't have done a design that was closer to the toddler turtle desgns from Tales of Leo and The Lessonbut made them smaller and more baby like for their two year old looks. And now that I've rewatched the toddler turtle episodes a few times I really think that the creators should have got actual kids to voice the toddler turtles rather than useing the the adult actors to play the part with those high squeaky voices. After a while you just have tough time taking them seriously and you cringe a bit. Not that the adult actors don't pull it off, it's just that i think actual kid actors voicing the toddler turtles would have made seem less forced.

I think the Father and Sons toddler turtles were stupid. I personally didn't like the buck teeth. I like the Season 1 toddlers better, but that's just me.

And me as well but I've got to agree hire some child voice actors to do the toodlers voices.

The Lesson was definitely a cute episode. I'd just be worried about the audience we'd attract if it was baby turtles all the time. :)
