4kids recently revamped the TMNT section, and the Ninja Tribunal eps are now acknowledged by 4kids. They're listed under Season 5, and they actually put summaries for each ep:

What is interesting is how they also skip episode 110 completely, (the Garbageman ep) so you see episode 109 listed and they skip to episode 111. Looks funny in the episode order there, but whatever, I guess that proves they'll never complete that episode.
Also of note in the FF section, "The Zixxth Sense" is still listed as ep 143 and the season finale, so I suppose there won't be any "new ending" tacted on to an existing episode.
In general though the TMNT section on 4kids site looks a hell of a lot cleaner and more controlled, which is good as it seems they're gearing up to air Season 5 on TV after they finish up the end of FF. I hope eventually the site updates with a teaser to the following season and maybe even an episode list.
