Yes.. this is the CG colored Azure I have been talking about, and slowly working on, and... well, I finally realize all I need to do was color the friggn thing!

So here he be, demonstratin how to cut up a mango. And borrowing one of Leo's swords, yeah. Drawn Lawson style too. Also, let me know what you think! Yays, nays, critques, prasies. And do you think his eyes look good as is, or should I tweak them some more. The white eyes on white mask was buggin' me!

Hey HT! He looks great! I understand the eye problem too...my action figure still has "anime" eyes because I don't think anything I've been able to do looks better.

Wow, that looks great HT! Good coloring (yeah, like I'm an expert.) I think his eyes look OK, they look like eyes.

I think the eyes look good, too. Woah, and I do love the coloring 'n shading. Nice details on the sword. Makes 'em look shiny and metallic.

Y'know, after seeing your Mary Sue entry, and this drawing, I think you've got Lawson's old style down. It's awesome! Wish he'd start drawing like that again...

Way to go, HT! Very, very, nice. :anime:

Cool! I'll prolly let it be for now then. :D Goes to show that sstaring at a couple hundred CG art styles does rub off.

I can see the Lawsonesqe style in the way the shell is shaped for sure!
But my constructive critsism is just that his face is just a bit to square like and his eyes too squinty. But hey, what do I know? :P

:D That's how Lawson used ta draw em. I have noticed Laird makes the turtles more rounded overall in the newer comics.

Yah, that's the name of my website.

*gives Mag a 'you asked for it' look and prcedes into story* TurtleQuest is short for TurtleQuestrian. That is my funny mish mash of Turtle and Equestrian. (an equestian is one who rides horses a lot , btw)

But you can interpret "turtlequest" as above explanation, or simply a place to quest Turtles. Unfortuanltely my TMNT part is in dire need of updates... :oops:

That is curious.. how did you get in here? That's like me showin' up in #TMNT-files! :P

But anyhoo... what I did to draw this puppy was draw the body on one page, then one arm and sowrd on another (this was really big to begin with!). Then I scanned the two pages, and in Photoshop I made a duplicate of the arm, attached them, cleaned up the lines, shrunk the image size down, then colored it.

Oh... another warning, you'll prolly find my page in a mess now since I'm rearranging the files.

Yeppers, he is a delight to draw, simple blue and white with some brown, and there is Azure :) now...if only the movies had a fifth blue turtle life would be grand :lol:

Ones for Enigma's newest story, Early Seasons, as well as a lil story me and Terran have been playing for a few days. And more of my Raph story and Ingen is slowly being done, so hang in there! :D

i like the Azure Mango Technique (tm). You can tell from the look on his face that his is truely Master of the Mango. Very serious. Very focussed. Truely a turtle in tune with his fruit....
