Address by name

A little note taken about Shredder and Usagi in the toons.
In the old toon, the only turtle I remember Usagi addressing by name was Raphael. In the new toon, he only did so for the other three.
In the old toon, Shredder addressed Donatello and Michaelangelo by name; I believe he did so to Leonardo only in a dream he had, but I'm not sure he did in reality. In the new toon, Shredder only addressed Leonardo by name; he did so to Donatello only in an erased future and an illusionary event.
Am I right, is there anything wrong or missing?

Does it really matter if the characters called certain other characters by their names?

Doesn't this seem to be a bit too nit-picky?

I never said it matters, it's just a observation made for fun.

Well, I just never noticed, really. Kind of like counting streetlights they drive past in any given episode.

It was something I noticed. I always found it weird whenever Shredder did mention the names of one of the turtles. Or when any of the bad guys did for that matter. It didn't happen very often...
