I was at TRU yesterday and they have new two packs out-- one was Scootin' Leo and Skatin' Raph, and the other was Feudal Shredder and Fightin' Gear Raph. They are on separate cards that are taped together and put on a movie style backdrop thing. I was tempted to get them just for the UPCs, but decided against it since it would only be one UPC for two figures. I'd rather just buy something I can keep.

Whats the price tag??? Is this one of those killer "bonus pack" two-for-one type deals? I could see myself picking up a fuedal shredder.

Oi. Too bad Feudal Shredder doesn't come with one of the Mystic Ninja turtles. Those were the only varient I liked.
Are there any others?

The price was $13.99.
Those were the only two I saw, I'm guessing that there are more and that they flew off the pegs pretty quickly, being some of those figures are hard to find now outside of e-bay.

I was looking for ornaments today and I saw these two packs. Same movie style backdrop and everything. They had 2. Ninja Knights Raph and Nanotech monster, and Giant mouser and Deep Divin' Leo, I think. $13.99 is what they wanted. I had all of 'em, in and out of the package, so I didn't get these. I also picked up a second set of gold plated Ninja Knights. I had to get some to play with. lol.

Saw 2 of the Mystic Fury TMNT in a pack. Think it was Leo and Mikey. Was going to get the Feudal Shredder and Raph pack, but I was already buying the Ulitmate Black Preal Playset and 2 Pirate figures that day and couldn't warrent the $13 price tag.

My TRU had April and Casey, Silver Sentry and Turtle Titan, Leonardo and a Triceraton, some Raph varient (Think it was MESS?) with Baxter, and another Turtle Titan with Fire Foot Mystic.
$13.99 is not a price I'd pay to army build Triceratons and Leonardo clones. I remember getting those sets for $6. Playmates or TRU is stupid to think we'd pay for those left overs. I'd totally buy a $ 13.99 crappy two pack if it came with the Inuwashi Gunjin though...

So the packaging are TMNT-movie themed?

Yeah, I am a bit disappointed by this pricing news.
I remember 2k3 style figures being $4.99/$4.97/$4.79 (target/walmart), $5.99 (toysrus), and $6.99 (kbtoys). Two packs like this, at retail, from what I remember were always a two-for-one deal...
seeing them at a more expensive than normal pricing of 2 x $6.99 seems like kind of a stretch for TMNT sales. I imagine there are a number of fans who will go for it because they are missing characters...and some parents will buy because its for their kids and those parents won't know (or won't care) that its not a good deal...
But man...I was hoping to get the news that these two packs were going to be like $6. For $6, I'd go out and pick up a couple of sets...but for $14 each...I'm going to have to pass :-(
Maybe they will be a good after christmas clearance purchase if they don't sell well?
Do you suspect these were all the overstock that was sent back up through the distribution channels when the movie stuff was being released? Alot of stores sent back their 2k3 stuff at that point. I can't see them doing another production run just for toysrus' two packs in TMNT bundle packing and this would have been a good use to sell off what was left.

Same here. :(

Parents sadly don't care about pricing anymore.

Yeah and there's nothing I found that I want. It'd be one thing if there were unreleased figures like the Purple Dragon, Inuwashin Gunjin, etc, but these are all BARGAIN BIN left over characters.
Maybe they will be a good after christmas clearance purchase if they don't sell well?
Hight doubted- more like February clearance. TRU is crappy with clearances compared to Target and Walmart.

Left over - individual blister cards indicate that these were overstock left overs that either didn't sell or were left in inventory. It'll cost too much to have to make more of these cards.

If I see anymore that come with Foot Soldiers, Foot Tech, Elite Guards, or Triceraton Warriors, I'll be buying them and then reselling the non army-builders on e-bay really cheap.

TRU is crappy all around. They overprice everything and then wonder why the heck they're in the red half the time.
Buying in bulk is supposed to be cheaper. If they had 2 Mystic Fury sets (sos I can get all 4 of them) I'd think about it. I may just get them after X-mas or whenever.
I remember CVS had 2 packs for 10 bucks. I wish they would have gotten them for Christmas gift buys this time around. Or even KB.

The figure is actually quite impressive-- I definitely would have picked one up if I didn't already have one loose and one MOC on a perfect card.
Now if I see a Fugitoid or a Drako, it will be a different story...

I was there yesterday, and I only saw 3 sets. They were plain Raphael with the Assasin from the Battle Nexus (Strange. I never saw that one before), a Plain Raphael with Plain Shredder, and Battle Nexus Raph with Nanotech.

I saw them yesterday at TRU. It's weird how the figs are the cartoon series but the back side shows toys of the TMNT Movie toy line.
Just saw a listing for these 2-Packs in TRU's latest flyer. For anyone who has been thinking about getting them, they're currently on sale (today and tomorrow). For $6.99!

Lucky byotches... the only non-Turtle variants they had at my TRU in two packs were Foot Ninja and Baxter (the original robot, not the android). I've still never even seen Feudal Shredder with my own two eyes!
