A little while ago I asked for some help in finding scans for Mirage's TMNT #10 for a review I was doing. Roseangelo was kind enough to help out, and here's the completed review:

Don't judge too harshly, and feel free to leave comments on the blog (I'm an attention-whore, after all.) Thanks again, Rose.

Nice review. I just recently read the early issues of the TMNT comic for the first time, too. When I was a kid that just knew them as a cartoon, I had no idea that the movie's storyline came from these books. I also had no clue why I was seeing pictures where the turtle bandannas were all red.

Aww. Nice to see. Issue #10 was one of my first tmnt comics ever.

My first Mirage TMNT comic was an issue of City At War. For a kid that had only watched the cartoon and read the Archie comics at that point, it was really confusing. So confusing that if I read an issue summary today I probably couldn't figure out which issue I had (it was lost during a room cleaning several years ago, before I learned how to take better care of comics).

I'm currently reading the Mirage comics and #10 was an excellent issue - very much like the battle in the antique shop from the first movie. I'm up to issue #18 and its quite frustrating how its taking so long to get around to battling the Shredder again.
