Which Turtle Should Be My Favorite?

I'm thinking of changing my favorite turtle. Here are my choices:

When I first started watching the OT, I thought Mikey was going to be my favorite. But it did not take long for Leo to take over. And Leo has been my favorite in every single TMNT incarnation since.

May I ask you a question: Why do you like Donnie?

Donnie's become my second favorite turtle, just barely falling under Raph cause I've always loved him. I like Donnie because he's intelligent and intuitive. He can slove most of the guys problems and is very level headed, the exact opposite of my fave turtle, but I mostly have a love for Raph due to Paulsen's portrayal of him in the OT. All I'm saying is why change? Obviously Don speaks to you in some way or he wouldn't be your favorite. I like Raph because (at least in the OT) he looked at the world with a sardonic wit. I won't change my fave turtle for anything. I'll always pick Raph, cause he's the one I'm most like. Then I guess Donnie.

Well, I don't plan on changing my favorite from Donny, because I love Donny, he's the coolest in my opinion, but that's just my opinion. In all seriousness, though, like what some people have already stated, one shouldn't rely on what others tell him/her when it comes to favorites of anything.

OP, either stick with Donny or learn the importance of the First Amendment to the Constitution, particularly the "freedom of choice" part. I know there are other-country natives on these boards, too, but listen to me when I say that no one has the power to tell you what to like and enjoy or what not to like and enjoy. Only you can pick your favorite Turtle (and prevent forest fires).

But really, it's all up to you. No one should tell you what to like and what not to like. That's why everyone is reacting negatively. Just go with your heart and choose whomever you can relate to the most. I always seem to go with Raph. Even as a child. I love his character and he reminds me of myself a lot in the way of having a short fuse, loving his family deeply, and "attack first, ask questions later" kind of attitude towards fighting. But that's just me.

I haven't read some of Vol. 4 (as hadn't really been into the Mirage comics much). But have liked what I read so far.

As for April, it was her father who drew her into existance -- using the crystal.

Oh here's a suggestion-- if you can't pick your overall fave, maybe try choosing one from each universe. It's kind of what I do-- Mikey's been my fave since forever, but Raph from the OT holds a special place in my heart. :D

This topic seems to me to be like another one of those "Who's Your Favorite Turtle?" threads but with a different way to ask it. However, if you're really in the need to change your favorite and wish for help, then turn to your inner self. What's your personality like, and which turtle fits it best and/or more appeals to you?

You really don't need pictures to help you. They virtually all look alike except for their bandana color and attitudes.

Anyway, I'd stick with Donatello for now. He's my preference because he's smart, cool-headed, and has a knack for letting things roll off his back -- or, shell, in his case.
