When do you expect the "Lost Episodes" on DVD?

Will the episode Ninja Tribunal be included on the DVD?

I'm guessing it will be since it isn't included on the Season 4 set. Unless they plan on re-doing the whole series including Season 4's set.

RightStuf now has this DVD set for a May 20th release date and have only titled it "Ninja Tribunal". So with that and re-airing "Ninja Tribunal" with The Lost Episodes on 4Kids, I'm thinking that episode will be included. :)
