Does anyone know how many there were? Last I heard, there were four (one for each Turtle).

Look at Dollar General stores, I think they also have the 2 Real World episodes on a single disk.

Actually, Toys R Us and Wal-Mart are where the DVDouble Shots have been sold.

As for the others released in the DVDouble Shot, Gobo. There is the "Real World" 2-Parter as Jester notes, and a Fast Forward one.
