Hey, Does anyone knows if the old cartoon series will be release in the UK, or will I have to buy region one's?

Well, don't know about if it will or not, but might do you good to look into getting the R1 DVDs. Since we're already up to Season 6 as-of this coming Tuesday (minus 3 episodes, though... thanks to an awkward change in the episode guide format used for the DVD's set-up of the eps.).
