Boring ep, I don't mean to piss off the fans of the lost season but it just plain sucks.

I was expecting some cool fights, but we mostly just got enegry blasts. The turtles had some short fights with the zombie's that were alright, but both of Karai's fights with Shredder were frail (It was bad as hell when he cut that snakes head off tho). Also, it seems like there's hardly any focus on the turtles, I don't think Don said anything until the last ten minutes.

The thing that really pissed me off was that uncalled for Leo fit, he had to give Bishop that diamond, it saved his brother, and I know NT Leo values his family above all else.

While I don't like the dragon idea, they are VERY cool looking, which in turn pissed me off even more because they almost did nothing at all.

Other than a few funny things that Mike says, this season is really starting to chap my ass, the only reason I'm watching it is because I don't like it enough to waste money on the DVD.

Leo's fit is quite rational. He's not throwing it because he felt guilty about what he did. He's probably angry at Bishop for allowing this to even happen. If Bishop never did alien invasion he created, which in turn created the ooze that mutated New York, Donny never would of been infected. Thus they never would of had to go to Bishop for help. Thus the Mystics never would of made Bishop make the Turtles retrieve the artifact that eventually led to the release of the Demon Shredder.

I liked the episode, but all I can say is that the dialogue was kinda soggy. Pretty much full of cliched stuff from any given action show. ("Looks like a Storm is coming" "No! It already has" :trolleye: ) But great building tension episode none the less. Of course, I had to miss out on last week's episode, but it was pretty easy to catch up on what was going on.

The dragon thing or this new energy burst thing they do is like the new mutations of the last seasons of the old show, we can't do anything unless we use our new special powers so sayith our writers.

Loved the dragon thing, I don't the turtles' accomplishments will get any better than that...gonna make it pretty hard to come up with something in the finalization of season 7, that is if they plan to try and top this.

Aside from giving evidence that The Foot Clan was founded by the demon Shredder, I was most pleased that they replayed the Mikey Song #4 commercial again.

****, that was another thing that pissed me off. That fool has no connection to the foot, good job you ass writers.

He does now. It's called canon, there's no escaping it.

Says who? Ch'rell was just an intergalactic gangster. He knew almost nothing but how to intimidate. Sure, he came up with The Sword of Tengu, but I'm willing to bet that was just some wreckage from the Utrom ship that he snapped a blade onto. So, to me, it seems beyond likely that the Foot were the tengu's worshippers/cult who started to follow Ch'Rell when he took on the guise of the Shredder. :)

Normally I totally disagree with these kind of things, but your explanation is very feasible. Yet, you'd think they'd say somthing about it in the show :ohwell:

Here's something I thought was lame about the ep. After the demon caused a slicing sound, you see a tear roll out Karai's eye. But, then, they immediately cut back to show her entire body, and it doesn't look like he hit or cut her at all. WTF?!? :x

I agree, but it is a kiddie show. They didn't show any wounds when Leo was stabbed in Exodus either.

Yet I do sometimes wish TMNT that it was on CN adult swim or something.

Well as we all know, its the only way they could get away with showing Shredder slash her with a sword on a Saturday morning cartoon.

Still, wish her shirt was ripped or something.

They just shouldn't have shown her from the chest down or something...

Nah, I didn't. I'm gonna go check on youtube real quick.

EDIT: You're right, there is a real quick splash of blood, awesome.

Yup, pretty much my biggest gripe about the Lost Season. Remember how people thought the futuristic weapons in Fast Forward would turn into silly beam fights? It's sad to find out that it happened in the more serious series.

It still manages to be kind of intense, but the fights are just the weakest so far. I want to watch people fight, dammit.

Hence why I still enjoy Fast Forward more than the Lost Season, things don't have to be the same old dark dark darkity dark they've been to be good.
I enjoy a breath of fresh air every once in awhile when it comes to shows.
At least in FF the turtles still used their brains and bodies to fight, everythings mystic dragon ball turtles in this season.
Like I've said before I like the idea of the turtles vs. demons and the undead but it could have been done so much better than this.

There was still plenty of Shredder Vs. Karai sword to sword fights in this episode. I don't mind the Turtles using their special techniques, it reminds me of the Tournament fighters videogames. I'm half expecting Mikey to say "Rising Thunder" and for Raph to say "Power Drill!"

This is my first time watching the Lost season (I know some people caught it before), so I had no idea about the energy blasts and dumbass dragons. I hate seeing the Turtles fight with mystic energy blasts. So far, the only thing that's really been good about this season, in my opinion, is that the animation isn't like FF and at least they are in the present.

I watched nearly half of FF and just couldn't get into it, but after this season, I'm starting to think that FF might've been at least a little more fun to watch. How many times do one of the Turtles have to remind everybody that they were trained for this?

I'm really getting sick of these Shredder reveals (He's an Utrom! He's an ancient demon!)

Anyway, not a great episode. I'm looking forward to next season.

Contrary to what others have to say about this ep, I loved it. The Turtles turning into dragons was awesome, though I do admit, they should've done more. I really enjoyed the fight scenes with Karai and demon Shredder because it just proves that Karai is stupid enough to try to take on something she can't defeat. I also thought that Leo's dialogue was fine because he was upset that he and his family had been tricked by Bishop and the Mystics. They used the Turtles to get free, and Leo knows that all that can spell is trouble.

I can't wait for next week's ep. It's gonna be cool.

If it's "father's and sons" you might not think so. I've noticed mixed feelings about this ep.

Okay the part where the turtles used their mystic energy blasts to hit the floating demon shredder and then the top of the skyscraper blowing up with all the people watching it from the street... Am I the only one thinking Ghostbusters!

As for next weeks eppy I am not going to say much (and I know it has been said already)I thought it was a cute concept and I like the turtle tots stories but why did they have to give the little guys rabbit faces....

I actually enjoyed Fathers and Sons. I thought it was a cute ep. I didn't mind the buck teeth because I used to have buck teeth before I got my braces in fifth grade. I'll say more on it after it airs.

Probably one of the best episode of TLS. It's a solid action/adventure peice, and if the fights dont do anything, Chaplin steals the whole episode with how smug he's trying to be in front of Karai.

another small annoyance with this episode: When the mystics all transformed back into their old form and cackled individually... it was kinda drawn out and got really annoying after the second time. Couldn't they just all transform/laugh at the same time?
