Is Scottie Ray really of asian descent? Or is he caucasion? I am just wondering, since Scottie Ray is suppose to be playing a japanese character who turns out to be an utrom. The mystic Shredder in the lost season (who's also voiced by Scottie Ray) is japanese.

I wouldn't limit him to those two ethnicities. He could be an Utrom himself for all we know!
