Slash idea

I think it would be a good idea to introduce a darker, updated Salsh to the series in the future. Shredder could some how obtain a sample of Leo's DNA and use it to create a Turtle clone in a lab. The cloning process is imperfect and the Turtle clone looks a bit different, with spikes on the shell and is also stronger than the Turtles. Shredder has the clone's brain programed with the fighting style of each Turtle and an educational program with Shredder's salnt on life. The clone is artifically aged and trained by Shredder to take down the Turtles. Shredder gives this clone a sword and a black mask and names him Slash.

Well they already said that there won't be any other mutant turtles. Besides, the copyright issue again.

I'd go with Raph's DNA *nods* he's more the.. vigilante type already. But introducing more Turtles to the series will make it... well, bad somehow. There are only four, no Venus, no Slash. One incident and that alone bred the new genre of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And the incident wont likely happen again. But Slash always proved himself as a great villain though... at least in the games XD

Slash would be great to see in the cartoon! It would make for more story lines and everything. You people always want everything by the damn book! The kid gave a great origin for a cool character! The people who make the new cartoon shouldnt be concerned about keeping to the comics 100%, but should try to produce a great cartoon. And I feel there would be a good chance of Slash appearing sometime. Cartoons are 30 minute long toy commercials and what would sell better than bad ass looking mutant? (Badass looking Robots excluded).

They don't go 100% by the comic book, it only sets the rules of the new cartoon universe. IE the TMNT are something special, not something that can be repeated in evey other episode. And Like Said before, no old characters outside Mirage will be appearing. It's a copy right issue like I have been trying to say million times.

Now I'm pissed. You have a good point with the copyright issue thing, man. Still, Slash would be a kick ass character to see in that show. Especially if they souped him up so he wasnt an idiot anymore. Either way, I'm depressed! I could live without Bebop, Rocksteady, and Krang, but if this is whats going to happen, I'm gonna get bored.
I heard somewhere Baxter gets turned into a Fly (In fact, I think it was on the FoxBox site), but I'm gonna get pissed if they dont fight any kick ass mutants or robots other than mousers. They don't even have lasers, can't transform, dont merge with other mousers to form super robots, nothing......kidding

Aww... I think Master M's idea is awesome. Yes, I know Slash won't be on the new cartoon, but it's fun to discuss "what if's." :razz:

I love the clone idea, and Slash would make an amazing villain. Dark, cruel, violent, heartless. Such a great idea! Someone should write a fanfic about it. :D
