Sadly, yes. It's easy to tell why it wasn't translated for release elsewhere.

Live action too. Probably worse than the Japanese Anime OAV "Superman Legend"

I'd love to see this Korean film. Just to see a live action TMNT film where all 4 turtles have red masks.

They went to defeat evil aliens, according to Retrojunk. Still, it looks better than Christmas with the Turtles or whatever it was called.

looks like a Northen Korea, "we created everything, and America and Japan both can suck it" production... as does this commercial:

Of course, that one's epic. Raph with Chun Li, Super Mario, Goku, and Buster Bunny? Not to mention the fact they're all animated in Korea.
