which one of April's fight outfits do like? The yellow ninja outfit from the movie or the black zip up one from the cartoon?

I like the black zip up one with the athletic pants better than the skin tight yellow one she had on in the movie because it looks more comfertable to wear and easier to move in and...less attention grabbing. :ohwell:

I like the black one better. It seems cooler. The yellow one seems like a homage to the OT April jumpsuit- but other than that I do not care for it.

The 2k3 one seems so generic and it doesn't really look that useful in battle for some reason even though its just pants.
The new movie one looks good in a few shots but in many kind of looks bad...

I think I'm gonna jump on the band wagon and say the outfit from the 2k3 series. I like this one better, it looks sharp and practical and doesn't draw attention to it's self like the CGI movie one does. It looks like something you could pick up in an athletic store and even though it doesn't have any protective padding, it looks like the wearer can move freely enough so they can use speed to avoid injury.

The CGI movie one is so gaudy and bright I mean April might as well just wear a sign that says "stab me" on it, as if that flaming red hair of hers doesn't call enough attention to her already. :| Also something that sort of bothersw me about the yellow ninja outfit is that it looks like it has some kind of armor girdle and shoulder pads to it supposedly for protection I would assume. But really it doesn't look like it offers all that much protection and seems to be more for show than anything else. :ohwell:

I like the yellow one, even though the black one would be more sensible to use when going out into a fight. It conceals you more in the shadows. But I like the stylish look in the yellow, with the high boots and all.

But I think April would look great in an emerald green outfit, to compliment her green eyes!

My favorite fighting outfit for April is probably from Archie Comics when she was learning to fight. Yeah, I guess it was a simple outfit, I think she just wore a pink shirt and jeans. But whatever. It was more practical than what she wore in the 2007 movie and it was a nice break from the yellow jumpsuit.

little off topic but regarding April do you think she and Don will still have their special friendship they had in the earlier seasons or do you that aspect will be down played in the BTTS? I noticed that April and Don seemed pretty distant with each other in season five but pretty close to April. I was wondering if maybe it's because April and Casey have become very close to each other. :(

I'm hoping they continue to develop their friendship/relationship. That was one part of the 03 series that I always found fun. I liked how Don was always crushing on April. They just work so well together.

I actually voted for the yellow fighting outfit from the CGI movie. I don't think it looks as ugly as some people make it out to be, I think it looks kind of cool and I rather like the color yellow being a nod to OT April. I also think the yellow get-up looks more like a warrior outfit than the black one NT April is wearing.

this one seems to be a cross between the orginal black fighter outfit from the cartoon and the yellow one from the recent movie.

you know what I like this new get-up of April's. It's actually pretty cute and it not as out landish as the one from the movie. It's like they took the best of both outfits from the movie and cartoon and merged it into one. I think this one more like an official fighting outfit rather than something she threw together that she got at an atheletic store. Now all she needs is her own katana blade and she'll be all set. My only complaint is she looks awfully flat chested now. :ohwell:

But she still looks good in the kill bill outfit. Although what that thing going over her chest? Is that supposed to be a string?

Maybe she's just wearing a sports bra? I dunno about other female crime fighters, but whenever I'm out laying the smackdown on some cornerstore robbers I like something with a little more support.

Although what that thing going over her chest? Is that supposed to be a string?

My guess it's a seam in the outfit. She looks like she's about to have a spin around the track at the Indy 500.

my goodness, I have to say that I really like this new outfit of April's it really compliments her. I think I may actually like it a teeny bit better than the black one she wears even though it's glaring yellow in color, it looks slick and easy to move in and I like those little black boots she's wearing. Now this is a real homage to Bruce Lee, or Yoshi since he wore somthing similar in the show. I really want to see her in action in it first before I become a complete convert though.

Oh come on guys!! You're being awfully catty :lol: She doesn't look that flat chested! She is probably wearing a sports bra like Evenstar227 mentioned, it's actually benificial not to have your breasts bouncing around when your fighting because they get in the way (and hurt).

This looks even hotter on OT April than the reporter one. They really should have let April become a fighter in the old series and given her an outfit like this wear. Although to break the standard that OT April becomes a katana weilding ninja chick that learns ninjitsu like all the other April's, I think April should have just become proficient in fire arms and became a sharp shooter like Jigen on Lupin the 3rd.

I don't think Nt April uses a katana to fight with in the series. At least not yet, she has always been free handed which I appreciate. So far as i know only Archies and CGI April has been the only ones to fight with a blade. I don't know about Mirage April though. :ohwell:

Well its not like its any more revealing than her 2k3 outfit and that April actually looks like she can hold her on. She looks like a female MMA fighter.
