They should do a post RTNY story that fills some things after RTNY. Like I just thought of this awhile ago. I mean how did Splinter feel when he finds out where and what the TMNT did to the Foot and Shredder? How would Casey and April feel about this when they heard about it? I mean it'd be an emotional issue. The turtles could've died in this battle and those three characters may not had ever seen them again and not know this. Splinter may be more accepting of what the TMNT did and had to do. It was what he raised and trained them for. The honor and revenge thing, and their destiny was made. But as a father to the turtles, would he not have been very worried that he could've lost his sons? Not knowing they went out to do this till after they had ended the Foot and Shredder. Casey and April could've lost their family members. This also pretty much sets the foundation of what are the TMNT to do with themselves? Their destiny has been accomplished. I'm pretty sure there was no story like this from Tales Vol.2 other than the one where it looked at the Shredder worms from Tales Vol. 2 #3 - 4. What do you think all think about this story idea?
