Alright. *rubs her hands together* These were a series of pictures done for the peeps at Mikey's TMNT forum, but there's no reason we can't share. The idea evolved from talking about shower scenes in the Mirage comics and how sweet it would be to have them in the new show. :evilgrin:
So, here are the Turtles, plus April and Venus so the fan boys don't feel left out. :) :lol: In various situations of dripping wetness. Not bad, but not award-winning good either. :ohwell:
Oh, and while I don't think any of these pictures would be considered indecent, I don't think they're exactly G rated, either. PG-13 at the most. Just a warning, just in case. The first six there.

Very nice though. It's usually hard to draw 'wetness' on the skin too. However, this descritpion put me into a fit of giggles "Venus, taking off her wet gear after getting caught in a storm" :goofygri:

And hey! I didn't notice that dance pic! I'm so behind in Mily's story that I've got no idea on what's going on. Heh... The expressions are wonderful, and the giant anime sweat drop was a great idea.

Hey Kali,
Speaking as someone who has bathed rats before, when they're all wet their fur is just slicked back. (Think of how a seal looks.) Of course, once you start drying them you get some great cowlicks. But when they're soaked, they're sleek.
Of course, you could just draw Splinter in a towel. You know, on his way back to the tub...

Well, I can say that this is my first official post in this forum... And I'd like to say that you do excellent art, Kali... The sexy type pics scare the living hell out of me, but you do great pics. Thanks for the compliments. :D And I don't usually do "sexy" pics, but this was a requested series. I enjoyed doing them, but I'm gonna be glad to move onto other things.
BTW, for the others following this, I have Ninjara and Renet done, and Splinter's almost done. I plan on updating tomorrow.

They're all really good. I think Kali's my favorite TMNT fan artist. The detail and shading in all her stuff is awesome, and the ones in color are amazing. I don't have the patience to make my stuff look that good, sadly. :|

I really have no patience either. You'd be surprised by all the shortcuts I use while drawing, and especially coloring. Though fellow artists are usually more impressed when I tell them I usually use cheap, non-professional materials.

Remind me to send you some of my newer stuff as soon as I get it scanned. I'd like to know what ya think of 'em. One of em isnt done yet, I was thinking of using the technique in your "timed art study" to color it. How long did it take you to come up with that?
That technique? It evolved from art tutorials and personal experience over the last few years. With a LOT of experimenting. I've come a long way from using pencil to do all my shadows. :lol:

Nope, my thyroid. Probably just half, but they might have to take out the whole thing. Fortunately, I don't have to be there until 11 tomorrow morning, and I can probably come home Wednesday, with no restrictions on computer time. :D
