Well, you can't beat the original! Still, you have to think that the animators could have taken the time to actually do a few seconds of new animation for a PSA. They didn't even match up all the voices correctly! :ohwell:

my mom made me watch that Cartoon All Stars to the Rescue cartoon every saturday for like a month, and I was only in kindergarden :o And I don't think I even liked the ninja turtles back then (not until I started watching them on the USA Cartoon Express) so I thought was pretty lame expect for the muppet babies, Duck Tales, Chimpmuncks, and Smurfs.
