I've been trying to get eps for the past couple of months, and have been successful in getting only 6 total. :sad:
I know we could go on Dalnet and get them, but i feel awful just going in and saying,"hi, i'm new here, where's the eps?" I hope i'm not the only one who feels this way. :sad:

Hmm... I've gotten about that many from WinMX and Direct Connect... They aren't any of the ones I have on tape, either...

I feel your pain, Machias. I don't want to go into Dalnet either, asking for episodes. I hear that some people there are very rude, and it's a shame that fellow TMNT fans won't readily share with other TMNT fans.

Grrr... I just tried to get onto irc, and i still have no clue how to get on. I know about the guide to dal-net, but it was kinda confusing for me. Then someone said that it only served servers...I dont knooooooooowwww!!!! *bawls out loud*

Do what i do and buy the episodes. It's better watching them on tv then at the pc.

im cautious about stuff like ebay. don't you have to give them a checking account number or something? Cause if you do...I DONT HAVE ONE!!!

all i did was give them my address, phone number, and email address. You have to have an email address from a service provider, they wont take yahoo or lycos email addresses.

so far so good. I have gotten Heroes in a half shell, hot rodding teenagers, the great boldini, the movie, and i was suppose to get sky turtles but the lady emailed me saying it was broken and is refunding me. I have also had good luck with getting tmnt toys.

I really want to get the Euro eps, and mybig dream is to get a giant Mikey plushie. I'll try it out Thanks Man! :smile:

wtf? i have heeps of TMNT eps on VHS and DVD. If any of the USA people here have a video player the supports PAL then i can be a big help.

Hey Machias,

Sorry to but in, but have you looked on pricegrabbers.com?

The have all of the eps on tape, either new or used.

I dream of the day when I will get all the eps back! At the moment I hunt around car boot sales and thrift stores. But I will be buying the American verisons off of pricegrabbers.

correct me if i am wrong, but if you play a PAL video on an american vcr, the colors would be wacko?

I have been through this myself, but the other way around. A PAL VHS will not play in an American VCR at all. or very badly eg) no picture but sound or vise versa

But there is hope! Most of the new models of vcrs allow you to play PAL or NTSC tapes. Pop along to your local electrical store and ask them.

Anyway why would you want PAL tapes?

true!! most(99.9%) of the vids i want are in NTSC format.(american format)

anyone ever SEEN all the euro eps? i have tower of power, but i want to get the others...

(Some of the drawings look like my family members! :eek: )

I don't have any of the European episodes :sad: I've been to Pricegrabbers.com, but I've never tried it. I think e-bay may be safer.

1.spot on Nunchuck, my video player is 3 years old and it's no way in the world a fancy video player, it supports NTSC. So surely you Americans should have a video player that can play PAL, as nearly everywhere else in the world plays PAL and not NTSC.

2. If they did video player did support PAL then i could help them out

I might close the channel... i made it for people to get episodes,not to offend people :sad: Now i will try to find an http server to upload the euro eps but i dont think wingate will let me :sad:

hey all....most of the people on dalnet are nice, but they can come off as mean sometimes....lots of people are willin ta share their eps, like me....they're the euro one's like nickokapo mentioned, but they're better than nothin at all....hope to see some people around

i think people are getting #tmnt and #tmnt-files confused. they are 2 different rooms with different people. nicko why close the channel? if you dont want to be there just let the other ops take care of it. im sure there are many leechers like the ones that are there while im typing this, that really want them

#tmnt-files = as far as i've seen, great!
