2003 figures with added articulation

Hi,

I have a 2003 series Leonardo that has opening/closing hands and other added points of articulation compared to the original set, like a joint on the foot at the toes.

What set are these toys?

Sounds like Battle Gear. Is the belt black or brown?

Brown, but I found a picture of one, though it is referenced nowhere else on tmnttoys.com

What is the figure on the left from?

The one on the left is Fighting Gear the other is Battle Nexus Leo.
