well if he was in the bubble walker, then most definitely. The android body might be a challenge, but splinter could outsmart him pretty easily I think.

Dude, even if the turtle van transformed, it would clearly not be big enough to rip the technodrome in half. While it was trying to do so Krang would enlarge his android body and heave the van on splinter. This turtle van thing changes everything.
