Your favorite TMNT theme song since 2003

Since TMNT's rebirth in 2003, the show has had 3 different directions which means three different theme songs. So it's a simple poll question, which of the three is your favorite and why?

That depends on which of the 3 origanal 2k3 songs your asking for. Remember they changed the lyrics in season 4, twice.

Although, I kind of like them all, but I have to say this new one is just a little bit catchier then the other ones (just a little).

I voted for "Fast Forward". It would have been choice number 1 for BTTS had it won.

But nothing beats the OT's OP.

The Fast Forward intro itself is the best intro I think the show has had. The theme song fits the show very well and it works. I haven't seen the BTTS one enough times to decide. The song doesn't annoy me really but the intro has way too many shots of the turtles in sports gear which looks ugly to me.

The 2K3 intro always annoyed the hell out of me and it's never grown on me. I just hate it. The revisions are even worse because you can tell where they cut and pasted the new verses in instead of re-recording the whole thing. The visuals are very nice but the song is just crap.

Not to say any of the intro are musically good or appealing but out of the three my choice is FF.

To this day, I still find the original 2003 theme grating. Easily the worst part of the show. The Fast Foward theme was decent, at least it was in tone with the series. Back to the Sewer is also tolerable, although I really prefered options #4 and #6 during the voting. They were as close to an instrumental theme as we'll ever hear.

They should just concede and do a remix of the original toon's theme, or T-U-R-T-L-E Power.

The new series has never had a very good theme song.

All of them have their problems, although I will admit the Fast Forward theme really worked for that tone of a season.

Nothing beats the original classic 80's TMNT theme, and I doubt anyone will disagree.

I'm liking the BTTS one right now. FF song, even if it fit the tone of the season better, made me want to do violent things.

I really like the BTTS theme, though I prefer the original edit... the preview "decide a Song" theme. It is pretty different from the broadcast version... it has a brief rap breakdown that I kind of liked.

I also liked the original 2k3 theme as well, but it's hardly as catchy.

The original 2003 tune rocks (even if I like the 1987 show better, the 2003 theme song is so much better).

original 2k3 song is where it's at - my friend and I did a marathon run of seasons 1 thru 5 and never once did we fast forward through the intro - on the final hundredth-or-so episode we were belting out the lyrics with glee! :P

I still enjoy the the theme song from seasons one through five. But If I had to choose a variation of the orginal theme song, it would be the one in season five.

Nothing can ever top that. But at least they didn't replace it with a cheap sound-a-like so they wouldn't have to pay someone... (Cough cough Inspector Gadget Cough Cough... talk about inferior)

I liked the first one. It was catchy and although I haven't seen it in years I can still remember most of the lyrics.

Yeah I agree. Who cares if it fits the season story, as long as it sounds good. My choice is 2k3 and runner-up would be BTTS (1st version w/ the better lyrics).
