Okay i've thought this over and here they are in order
1. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Original)
2. Sports Center
3. Seinfield
4. ER
5. Friends
6. Saturday Night Live
7. The Simpsons
8. The Tonight Show

I really enjoy the new show but it only made 10th because there has only been 3 episodes. It was hard to even place it there but it belongs on the list. Maybe someday it will make it all the way to #1 but it will be hard to pass up a show i watched everday as a kid.
