I have a LOT of vintage TMNT figures, and have been trying to get rid of extras and get all my accessories sorted out, but I've had this figure in my possession for a little while thats been bothering me. It's not "Navy Seal Mike" from 1992, or at least not the same as the other one I have. I can't for the life of me figure out what this thing is though. It doesn't look like the catalog photos I've seen of Submergence Specialist Mike, which I believed to be unreleased. However, since I can't find any production photos of SSM I'm starting to wonder what exactly it is I have. My guess was that he came packaged with a vehicle as a repaint, but unless I missed something, I can't seem to find any info. Here's a couple of pics...any ideas?

Even now, a lot of Playmates' toys don't look exactly like the prototypes that show up at toy fairs and websites.

It looks more like the Raphael that Playmates released with the brightly colored raft, not sure the name of that set off the top of my head...Vaughan probably would.

Since nobody else seems to have shown an interest in this figure yet, how much do you want for it?

Ahh there we go! Thanks for the help guys, and sorry don't want to sell...there is still a small part of me that one day hopes to own every TMNT figure, as unrealistic as that is. :)

Yeah, I've actually got the other one MIB, the one with the Leo that they used Surfin' Mike's mold to make.
