Is it just me or does Master Khan sound exactly like one of the Utrom Shredder's Elite Guard? Remember that one that spoke during 'City at War'? Plus, everytime we see him, the Elite Guard theme plays. You think he is one of the Elite?

"Trident or spear?" he asked since Khan uses a staff.

Vaguely remember the Elite's voice from the ep all though it did come to mind. The biggest notation though was the music. I really like how each character has their own "tune" that plays so going by that piece it would see he may be an Elite. However new season, new look, and new story could just be recycling the tune. If Khan is in fact an Elite, it would be really cool to see the other three doing something similar as well.

I responded to this exact same question over at GameFaq about 30 minutes ago O_o
Here is my copy and past from there
Yeah they kind of make it very obvious :)
He also knew about the Turtles already which I believe is why he used Casey when he saw his chance.

Just looked up City at War and a clip of Khan. Yep, some actor. Though the voices are a bit different, but not by to much. However, his voice sounds the same on most any character that I'm getting sick of him (That, and I keep getting back Yugi-Oh backflashes...the horror...).
Anyways, if he sound an Elite, fights like an Elite, and has the music of an Elite, then there's a damn good chance he's an Elite...unless their smart enough to try and mislead us :P

Did the Elite Guard ever really have the Gong sound when they showed up??? Shredder's always had the Tenchi Muyo thing but I don't remember the Elite Guard having the gong.

Well, considering they were dropping hints left and right, this may very well be the case

We may never get a direct confirmation, but his zippy fighting style and music cue do seem to suggest it.
The voice, I can't count as evidence. If every character Sean Schemmel voiced in the show was an Elite Guard, we'd have to assume that there are hundreds of them posed as average New Yorkers.

No gongs, but Elite Guards do flashsteps/teleportion as does Khan. That, and he beats on the Turtles like an Elite Guard.

That's right, the final plot twist for this season is that Khan is Nobody and Nobody is an Elite Guard

Yeah but that could just mean they were trained by the Ninja Tribunal. Michelangelo's power was super speed too. :P

yes because of the music and because he works with the foot.

Not referring to the gong. That's not a music cue anyway. That's an action. We've been referring to the brief theme that has played in the background whenever the Elites show up. I only heard it once in this episode, when Khan first appeared face-to-face with the Turtles.

Judging by the fact that he certainly sounded like that Elite Guard in City At War and the music cue, it is definitely possible that Khan is an Elite. But where are the other Elites?

Be real.
1. He should already know about the TMNT.
2. Where's his 4 homey's
3. Where's the nice hat!?
4. The only connection you really have here is the sound and the voice, and the it's just a product of laziness. The just reused that little "song" because we haven't heard it in 2 season, so they figured the kids would have forgotten it by now.

Technically it would be his three homeys and yes I miss the awesome hats. The fact is we really have no proof he is or isn't an elite. I personallt don't think he is because I think he would be working with his homeys. Or maybe they had a falling out and some decided to follow Karai. Too soon to tell.
He already knows about the turtles.
I assume that if he is an Elite, then maybe the others are also running different clans to merge with the Foot sometime down the road.
3. Where's the nice hat!?
He traded it for nice 'jammies. :D

He does know about the turtles. It was stated in "Karate Schooled".

This.
Khan wasn't the least bit surprised at the existence of the turtles. In fact, he brainwashed Casey to help prepare in case they ever returned, which of course they did.
So, Khan didn't just know about the turtles. He seemingly knew about their relationship with Casey as well. Something the Elite Foot Ninja would have learned about way back in Season 1 in "The Shredder Strikes Back."
