I was really in to TMNT (or TMHT) as a kid and the little sidekicks like Mutant Fly Friend were a fascination of mine. My collection currently focuses on small non-articulated figures (like MUSCLE men) which fits in nicely with TMNT companion figures.
I may add the Monster Trapper Companions at a later date and also go for the Sewer Heroes' Companions in all colors...but for now check out the website:

I hope you guys like it!
I borrowed the Ooze display pictures from an old ebay auction...if they were yours I hope that's okay! :)

All of those are TMNT figures but the Yellow one, what in the world is that from.
You could have added Raph's pittbull buddy.
Fun stuff though and i always thought they had been great also, just wish they had been fully painted.
^ You can click on each picture, then under the next-page's pictures it will give the figure that Buddy came with.
And Raph's dog is there, too.

Well hell, learn something new every day! I didn't know those lame roll playing things came with little mutants!

I was surprised by that too (didn't recognize those first few either, and then found the reason why -- being with those R.P. Sets).

Most excellent site. I have almost all of these mini figures except the goggle and belt figures. I didn't even know those existed! I really like the snake guy holding a dagger behind his back. I wasn't displaying a lot of these figures in my classic tmnt display, but maybe I'll pull them out of the accessory bin and display them proudly.

I was pretty disappointed that they didn't do that to Earthworm Jim as well (except for Evil the Cat, Bob the Goldfish and Peter Puppy)... I had to chose between a red tgun and a red snot or a green snot and a green gun...

Yeah, they did some stuff like that (as you note) for Earthworm Jim, with the smaller characters packaged with their bigger companions/minions. Too bad the line didn't continue, as early pictures of the next group of figures had at least one more of those combos (I think, at least).

Ever since I set up my TMNT display shelves, I've had the ones I could find displayed alongside the other figures (which are Screwloose, Larry the Lemur, Sewer Snake Buddy, and Biting Bulldog Buddy).

Looking back on it... only the ones that came with Jim Himself (all three versions of Snot... including random fish shape) weren't painted. I seem to recall Major Mucous being painted... though I'm not too sure.
I Know the three I listed were...

I've got a couple of these guys in prototype form if youd like pictures for your site. Off the top of my head Ive got:
*Screwloose unpainted resin cast hardcopy
*Jailbird Unpainted Resin cast hardcopy
*Walkabouts little kangaroo guy (whos name escapes me) hand painted by the original sculptor, hard copy.
I'll take pics when I get home.
Edit: I have the retail version of the Mighty Bebop bunny too.

I'd love pictures of your prototypes (and Harey the Beefed up Bunny!), thanks a lot, that would be amazing! Where did you get them from? I love seeing prototypes of figures, I've just added some Trash Bag Bunch proto images to Toypedia (http://minifigures.blogspot.com) and have some Bad Eggz Bunch ones to add too.

Thank you all for your comments, I'm pleased you like the site :)
I'm also glad there was a couple of figures that some of you hadn't seen before, I thought that all you guys might have seen it all before!
There's more pictures of the belt & goggles mutants in the 'info' section like these:

Cool stuff!
All the little buddies that came with some of the TMNT figures were boss! I wish they had been painted, like they showed on the back of the packages too.
I remember I use to always buy the G.I.JOE's that came with little pets too (Gnawgahyde and his warthog, Spearhead and Max the bobcat, etc.).

here are those sidekick pictures I promised. The Jailbird fig wouldnt photograph right, cause we is all white, but I did my best.
These are all prototype figs except for the bunny. He is retail.
Oh and if youre going to use these on your sidekicks site, please credit me for the photos :-)
